This poorly run "so called business" hires young kids out of highschool that work hard and do a great job! They bate these kids promising them to teach a trade only to keep their overhead down. Ask the emplyees to buy there own tools for the trade for advancement. Once the "business" falls on hard times, they fire the employees with no excuse. It's sad... hard to find young kids these days wanting to work with their hands and learn a trade. A "business" like this screws them. DO NOT SUPPORT this behavior! Go elsewhere for your hard earned money for service and use a business with integrity

Everyone I have ever gotten a pleasure to work with at this company has taken great care of my needs, and made sure that all of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services

My unit was not working and they sent their technician Seth over right away. He was able to solve the problem and get my unit working again. 10 out of 10, Would definitely recommend!

This is the photo of your driver that pushed me off the road today 10/11/2022 @ 16:43. Southbound on Parker between the 225 bridge and the Hampden Avenue turnoff. He was not moving when the light at 225 turned green. There was about 4-5 cars space in front of him. I changed to the right lane to pass. When I put my indicator on to change lanes, he accelerated closing the gap. When I slowed down to go in behind him, he slowed down as well not giving me space. This carried on until the Hampden turnoff. I have a Sentra that does not have enough speed to "out run" his truck, so I could not pull out in front of him. Eventually, I had to turn left to avoid him pushing me into the cars in the right lane. He then tailgated me and threw hands and signs. I expect you to do something about this, and let me know what is being done. I will be sending this photo to the police as well, and I will post it on every social media page I can lay my hands on if you do not take satisfactory action against this "person" who has absolutely no consideration for others' safety OR your company's reputation. Oh and by the way, I left you a voice message and my husband left you 2 voice messages with our telephone numbers where we can be reached. If this is how your drivers drive, heaven alone knows what quality their work will be. I wish there was a -5 * option.

I have dealt with a couple of technicians with Schneider Mechanical and they have both been very professional and courteous. They always work hard to find a solution to get the equipment up and running.

I've had interactions with several of their employees. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
