Duncan Heating & Cooling

I tried Duncan Heating & Cooling for the first time and I must say I was fairly well impressed. The technician clearly knew what he was doing and answered all my questions. Also did a few extra steps that I never saw my prior company perform in their service calls. I will become a regular customer.

Not professional at all!
They told us they would come on Monday 8th from 3-6pm, they never showed up, and when we contacted them they told us that they could not guarantee coming by the established scheduled time. This seems more like a scam and a waste of time. I don’t recommend this company to anyone! Save you time any energy, this people are not worth it!

We were very satisfied with their efficiency and work. Our AC had a problem but it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company, great guys!
