I own Blocky's East Coast Italian Eatery in Loveland Co. I had several bids on a new exhaust hood for my restaurant. Greeley Furnace was right in the middle but the guys and there hard work was top notch. They worked there butts off. I would recommend them to anyone.

My furnace was not working when I returned home from work and apparently had not been working all day. The service tech, Ned, came to my house that evening and diagnosed the problem. He would have fixed the furnace that night, but they did not have the part in stock, but was able to make a temporary fix and left me with space heaters to help keep my house warm. He picked up the part the next morning and had the furnace fixed by 10:00.

Greeley Furnace just earned a lifelong customer. I started off calling the HD last Thursday. HD rescheduled three appointments and brought the wrong Rheem water heater to the house so yesterday I called Greeley Furnace.
With a comprehensive call and email, John found the right Rheem water heater and had my appointment made for 9:00 am this morning.
On time and on point Eric installed our new unit. Realizing the professional they sent to our home we decided to have him service our furnace as well. All told it cost a hundred dollars less than what I was quoted by HD for the heater and install alone...

Watch out for this company. If you want this company to come out and give you a estimate for a new unit and for fixing a existing unit watch out for the $89 service charge they don't tell you about. Even though their website states free estimates and when you call to setup the appointment they don't mention anything about the charge. Spoke to the owner about the charge and he said that it was up to the customer to know about charges. I don't know how he expects his customer to do that if they are calling his company from the number in the phone book.

Very professional, courteous and respectful service techs and sales rep. Excellent follow up after the job was complete to ensure that everything was working to my satisfaction. Very outstanding local business that I truly recommend.

Tech was thorough, fixed my issue, was very professional. Will have them back and service my AC unit next month. I highly recommend Greeley Furnance.

I just had my semiannual checkup on my furnace by your technician Marc Chavez. He didi a super job and went out of his way to explain everything to me. He also made several suggestions on how I can enhance the performance of my furnace.

Greeley Furnace has done the AC and Heating for two homes and one commercial building for me. Each time we have used them they have gone above and beyond my exceptions. The latest was our personnel home and I could not be happier with the out come. They will be my first call when I need their services again.
