I was so thoroughly impressed with the service! My elderlyin-laws AC unit was in the end not salvageable. But...after doing everything they could to help, the owner, Scott, called me to say that while he's happy to continue patching it, we would just be throwing good money after bad, and that since it's still cooling, it's best to use it as long as they're able...he also assured me that it was safe to do so.
The honesty and integrity in that one phone call was what convinced me that in the future I would only use Greeley Furnace for any HVAC needs. We exchanged phone calls and visits for about 3 weeks total and throughout, I was made to feel like a person and a client that mattered, rather than as though I was just a number as so many companies these days treat their customers. Kudos to Scott and his team...other business owners could learn a lot from them.

Service Technician Louis Aguirre and his assistant Jr. replaced and installed our daughter's old furnace and air conditioning units. Completed in less than two days, very professional and courteous individuals who did a wonderful job most impressed. Your employee Mark Martinez is a great asset to your company. He came out a few months ago and performed a service on our furnace and done an excellent job. Well a few days ago our AC quit working and we won the lottery in getting the same service man again. Great service and a great company. Lifelong customers here

We had an extremely good experience with Greeley Heating. Technician was highly trained and very experienced. He found two problems we knew nothing about and he ordered and installed parts within 2 days. He was very personable, polite and professional.g

Excellent replacement of heating and A/C system which included installation of a Rheem high efficiency furnace, compatible A/C, and smart thermostat. Removal, reinstall, and testing took two days. On day 1, Jake and Richard did most of the removal. On day 2 they were joined by Luis and his son Luis Jr to complete the installation. The entire procedure was highlighted by the professional, competent performance of all four Greeley Furnace employees. I am enjoying this substantial upgrade immensely and strongly recommend Greeley Furnace and all four of these professional employees.

When we moved to our home 4 yrs ago we noticed the previous owners used Greeley Furnace on a regular basis for their HVAC needs. So we decided to keep it going and we have used them ever since. During a recent, very hot spell, my A/C wasn’t working. I called Greeley Furnace for an appointment to have it checked out.

A technician came over, checked my system, but it had frozen up and no diagnostics could be made that day. The next day, a diagnosis was made and repairs were done.

The technicians were professional, thorough in explaining the issues and very friendly. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

I will definitely use Greeley Furnace in the future.

Greeley Furnace just installed an air conditioner in my home. From the estimate through installation I was very pleased. Aaron who provided the estimate took great lengths (measuring, explaining how the system works, etc.) to explain the requirements to get the best results in cooling my home. The team who installed the unit (Luis and son) did excellent work and cleaned the area upon completion. Totally professional work from the estimate to the completion of the job. I'm very satisfied with my new system and ready for the hot weather.

This is the most service oriented business there is in Greeley. We had an AC unit installed last May, and have had two service technicians at our house since then, and all three times we received impeccable service. They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, well trained, and left things cleaner than when they arrived. I also like their obvious integrity.They could have sold me a furnace, but said with honesty that I didn't need one yet. That spoke volumes to me.
