Elijah was great. We had spoke on the phone before our appointment. He walked us through disconnecting our humidifier so no damage would occur until I was able to get an appointment. At the appointment, he explained what he did and answered all of my questions! I have never been disappointed with the service I have received with Aire Serve!!

Elijah came out for a service call today. He was extremely professional, polite and helpful. He answered all of my questions and taught me how to better use my thermostat to increase my unit's efficiency. I would highly recommend both Aire Serv and Elijah!

I chose Air Serv based on a recommendation from our realtor - after they replaced our water heater today, I can see why she suggested we try them. Trey and Andrew (installers) were fantastic - timely, thoughtful, and pleasant. They problem-solved a difficult job in a tiny space. Elijah (technician who oversaw the process and did the initial estimate) was fabulous - a really nice guy who was knowledgable about the products, very patient explaining all the steps of the installation, made sure I understood how to shut of valves etc. on the new unit, and was on the ball responding to my any phone calls. The company provided a great product at a very competitive price and I would absolutely use these guys again! Recommend them without any hesitation.

I choose Aire Serv randomly from a list on Google to do a maintenance check and advise on how to handle how our central air could be affecting a family members health issues. Honestly I am thrilled with the results. From booking the appointment to the first assessment communication has been clear, concise, timely and efficient. Our serviceman, Dave, is fabulous - knowledgable, polite, transparent, honest, realistic - any and everything you could hope from a professional. After doing a lot of looking online, we decided to go with Aire Serv and couldn't be happier with the service. Not only are they local but the people have been consistently great to work with. We've worked the most with Deon Wilson, who was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and really listened to what our family needed - ultimately coming up with a package (furnace and A/C) that worked for us without selling us more than we needed or could afford. We first met Deon at Aire Serv in July 2014. He came out to fix our AC. We signed up for the membership (which gives AP Furnace, and AP AC.) He came out for the AP furnace and found a couple of issues with our furnace. Deon was out today to do the follow up repairs and cleaning. Deon is fabulous. He takes the time to educate the customer, answer questions and explain the whys and hows. We have had a fabulous customer service experience with Deon and this company. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and colleagues. We look forward to a long and satisfying relationship with this company. Thanks Deon!

Excellent service, both over the phone and in home. Deon clearly knows what he's talking about. He showed us everything he was talking about, giving my husband the flashlight as needed, etc and I felt confident he was giving us honest and knowledgeable advice. He gave us all our options (repairs vs replace) and I didn't feel pressured at all. We decided to replace, given the age of our existing equipment and the savings we would get going with a high efficiency system. We felt like Deon gave us a great deal, giving us the maximum amount of rebates and discounts we could get. The installers were very pleasant to work with. We had moved some furniture before they came and they even offered to help us move it back before they left. We have only had the new system for a week and we already can tell a huge difference. We plan to work with Aire Serv for many years to come.

Had two different opinions and prices from $900-$3000! Aire Serv came in and in about 10 minutes decided what was wrong, a weld had broken and freeon had all leaked out! He left to complete a job he was on and returned within the hour as promised! He fixed the weld and filled it with the coolent in less than an hour so the house would be cool for a very hot weekend. It cost less than$400 and he was kind and personable! He explained the issue and made a customer for life! Thanks guys! You were great!

We had the best experience with Aire Serv today! Deon was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He explained everything to us about our current heating and air conditioning needs. He was also very friendly and kind to my children. I would definitely use them again in the future! What a great company and technician!

Great customer service! The Technician Elijah arrived at my house and attention to detail was delivered to insure he properly was fixing my problem with my AC unit. Very impressed with his customer service and explanation of issue and resloving my problem quickly. Hands down best service I have received. Due that fact I will remain a long term customer and recommend Aire Serv to others.
