Deon did the first HVAC diagnostic on my new home. He was super friendly and technically knowledgeable. He pointed out several flaws in our system and gave me a range of options and recommendations. This was not high pressure sales, it was a very realistic assessment with sound advice. He gave many tips and ideas to help make the house more efficient. He wore booties in the house and refused to walk across the lawn. I highly recommend Deon and Air Serv for their insight, service and options.

I called 5 other services and they were a week out for appointments to have my air conditioning serviced. AireServ was able to come out the same day. Elijah was great and very knowledgeable about trouble shooting for the future. He was able to help us get cool for the summer!

Being in the hospitality industry I make sure to recognize amazing service and customer care. The team at Aire serv (Fort Collins) were simply down right the most amazing, friendly and just fun to talk to people I have met in a long time. From my initial phone call for info to when the tech left my house I was simply amazed.

My A/C was on the blink, and not cooling anything down. Aire Serv was able to get to my house in two days (other hvac repair places wouldn't have been able to come for 2+ weeks). Their office gave me 2 hour window for the appointment and called when their technician
was 30 minutes away. Deon, in addition to
being a pretty cool guy, was very professional
and explained everything that was going on in
detail. He presented my different repair and
diagnostic options, the cost of each, and their
advantages/disadvantages. In the end, it cost
exactly what he said it would and my A/C was
back up and running in about an hour.

I appreciate the fact of getting a photo of the Tech who's coming to my house, and that they are on their way. Dave was very professional and Knowledgeable. While servicing the unit he gave me a better understanding of the critical items to do as a homeowner to assure that the unit will last longer and run more efficiently. I really can't tell you how highly I think of Aire Serv and its people. A couple of days ago I had two emergency situations at once. An old piece of duct had fallen and broken the p-strap under my tub, at the same time that my old, worn-out water heater had died. I first called a different provider (the name kinda sounds like McAllen McService). The guy came out, took a look, then presented me with a signed estimate that sent me reeling for my swooning couch. (I nearly wet my pants. Even the cat got a little bit woozy.) Then I called Aire Serv and talked with Deon--a great guy--and he moved quickly to get a service tech to me. Michael arrived shortly after, and I was immediately impressed with him. He was a consummate pro--focused, sharp, resourceful, and highly capable. What's more, his personal manner put me at ease from the jump. He was courteous, personable, and very approachable. He also mentioned more than once how proud he was of his company. He and Deon worked together to get my new water heater up and running by day's end. As for the p-strap, they referred me to a very good plumber whom they felt was best-equipped to handle the repair. That further showed me that they're not just in it for the money. They truly care about their customers' welfare. And the cost? Drastically less than what their competitor bid. After this experience, Aire Serv is stuck with me for life.

Our furnace went out about a month after we bought our townhouse and the hot water heater was 15 years old. We shopped around and finally landed on air serv. Glad we did! First Elijah came out to give a quote, he was very professional and knowledgable. Got us set up for a new furnace and hot water heater which was installed the next day! Trey, Andrew and their manager tj came out for the install. Took them about 8 hours total but they did a phenomenal job. They were clean fast and extremely easy to work with. They gave me the full run down once everything was completed step by step and told me what they were doing as they were doing to it to keep me informed couldn't of been happier with air serv and everyone involved with getting this completed. You guys are awesome.

Deon did an amazing job helping me out with my A/C today. I was nervous about the cost and what it would take to repair the unit. He thoroughly examined the problem, presented me with the options for repairing it, and most importantly gave me peace of mind that my equipment was going to be repaired effectively and at a price I could afford. On top of that, he was very efficient and had me up and running again in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend Aire Serv and Deon!

had new furnace ,air conditioner .humidifier. after a year the humidifier quit working. struggled with this for 5 years .was never right. now they say out of warranty, they don't have records of me calling they say? manager was going to call me back in a few minutes. did not happen.
I had to call them. fixed the problem my self. there are better shops out there. workers are one of the best. management needs to work on people skills.

I called my plumber to come over and look at a moisture issue that I was having, it turns out that the problem I was having had nothing to do with my plumbing but was condensation from my air conditioner. My plumber suggested Aire Serv and I called. Dion Wilson came out and looked everything over and gave me a bid, after reviewing bids from several other competitors I chose to go with Aire Serve. The system they installed is completely silent and works like a dream. Dion is knowledgeable, friendly, and ethical; a true pleasure to work with.
