Deon Wilson came to our house last week as our cooler wasn't working well. He was on time, very polite and professional. He explained the problem very well. His installers Kirk and Leo were able to get a new heating and cooling system installed the very next day!! They were also very professional and hard working. The system works great and were so very thankful, as it's been in the 90s for several days.

Aire Serv of Fort Collins is an excellent company to work with. Our A/C unit broke down on the hottest weekend and Aire Serv came out immediately! They are efficient, hard-working and honest to good people to work with. The crew came out from 8-4 pm without any breaks! I give them five stars, a superior company who always makes customer come first as a priority! Great job guys!!! Will definitely recommend Aire Serv to all my friends and family!

This is a great company. Office staff is friendly and responsive, as are the technicians. I liked the texts sent to inform of the technician on the way —very helpful. Deon was outstanding. They really are experts at their job. Buying / installing a new furnace/AC unit is stressful and a lot more complicated than i realized but they will put you at ease; they will help you match the right system for your house. Highly recommend!

Aire Serv really came to the rescue. We certainly have a newly found respect for what NATE certification means. Deon showed us what we needed and why, spent hours at our home explaining everything, and within a few days we had our new heating and air conditioning systems installed at a surprisingly affordable price. TJ and the rest of the crew were thorough in installing the new equipment and cleaned up everything afterwards. The team's customer service and their responsiveness was awesome. David Willard was amazing! Prompt, Courteous, thorough and explained everything! He had an I-pad, so he could write the report and email it to me on site! The scheduling person, Cassie was also amazing and told me how the process would work. I appreciate how fast they got my clients taken care of and how I did not have to wait until 5 pm for a report! As a Realtor, I will recommend this company over any other!

Our central air fan motor burned out and we called Aire Serv. Elijah was on the early end of the time window, explained the issue to me and showed me why it happened. He gave me suggestions to help prevent the issue from happening again in the future. The day after our estimate, he was kind enough to bring a portable air conditioner for us to use until the new motor came in. The day of the repair, Elijah was again in the early end of the time window. He quickly installed the new parts and cleaned out our filter cabinet as well. The entire time he was very informative and was always happy to answer any questions I had. We will absolutely use Aire Serv again in the future and will request Elijah as our tech!

I had my furnace go out dead in the winter which was obviously an inconvenience for my family. We had called a few different companies and got no answer. When we called Aire Serv in the middle of the night, Kimber the office manager said she would have a tech out first thing. When we met Deon he was very informative as well as charismatic. He made us feel comfortable going over replacement options and we were more than satisfied with the purchase and service. I recommend Aire Serv for the company they truly are.

TJ came out and installed our new heat pump system and I couldn't be more happy. He was very professional, kind and delivered fast service. I got multiple quotes from different companies and Aire Serv was able to come down to a competitive price and offer excellent financing...not to mention their great reviews. I had a great experience with Aire Serv and their Service Technician Deon. Deon was sent to my house after I contacted Aire Serv in regards to my air conditioner not working. From the moment I opened the door Deon was polite, personable, and professional. After looking at the air conditioner unit Deon explained the problem and gave me options on how it could be resolved. Aire Serv was polite and courteous on the phone when I called, their technician polite, personable, professional and thorough. I would recommend this company to anyone having air conditioning or heating issues.

Aire Serv of Fort Collins was absolutely awesome from start to finish. They immediately went out to the property that day to check on a furnace issue I had. The first initial company gave me a quote for 3200.00 saying I needed a new furnace. Aire Serv went to check on it, and came back that there was actually nothing wrong. Appreciate the honestly, will definitely be using them in future! Highly recommend
