This company is fantastic. We had a plumbing issues over the holiday and the GM, Brahn came to our home on Christmas morning to fix the issues. He was very friendly and professional and repaired the drain very quickly. Thanks Brahn!

Nigel kept us informed of his arrival via electronic link. When he arrived, he listened to what had been occurring with the A/C. He went first to the basement and checked things out. He explained how A/C airflow works and how temps can be affected and how frosting can occur. He then checked the unit outside and found it to be performing as it should be. He then explained those things to my wife and answered her questions. We now have peace of mind that the A/C has been checked. Thank you. Mike Walker

My experience woth Roy and steve was professional we need more reps repairman like him although he had to be the barer of bad news he broke it with such compassion and empathy . I would recommend steven and Roy for all home call services . Thank you Steve and Roy u are a blessing in disguise. .

Eric did an amazing job! He was professional, on time and fixed another issue we didn’t call for. This was the 3rd time using Affordable plumbing and heat, and they haven’t let me down!

Its a racket. If you have an older home, like I do, you should plan on a 30% increase in the original quoted price to get the work done. Its always something with the "New Code Requirements" etc..

When the tech arrives you have to ask what the ENTIRE work required is before they get started with dismantling. If you cant afford the added items then stop right then or they will complete what is on the current work order and make sure the city inspector knows its not all in place. Effectively screwing you over on the inspection.

Ask more questions. Be willing to pay the service charge for a site visit and THEN decide if you can afford to proceed with the revised scope and cost. If you can't or are unwilling to pay to move forward with the new revised increased price you will only be out the service call fee.

They do explain all this some what but it is breezed by and glossed over with all the rest of the info they spew.

I have drawn a losing hand three times now.

They sent out a technician to give me a quote on a water heater, the 'free' quote is only 'free' if you accept their quote. They quoted me $2400 for a water heater replacement, and when I asked if I could see a breakdown of the charges the guy said that they don't do that. When I told him the price seemed a little high (250%-500% of the national average) he told me that it was not high at all. I then got another plumber to do the same work for $900 later the same week with a truly free quote. You decide for yourself if this is the kind of company you want to hire.

I called them to have a new toilet installed. The plumber showed up and gave me an estimate of $1500.00! He wanted to charge me $700 for a toilet that I found at Home Depot for $225. I promptly said that that was extremely over priced. I ended up installing a new toilet myself, which I have never done before, and the total bill including the toilet was less than $300 and it took me about an hour and half. They then charged me $75 for coming by togive me an estimate for this ridiculous price, then threatened to send me to a collection agency if I didnt not pay. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. Please be careful. There are many other plumbers in the Denver area that will treat you fairly, this company is not one of them.

They worked with us as we waited for our part to be delivered and were here the very next day when we received it, even on a Friday late afternoon. The office staff was very helpful and nice and the technician was friendly, informative, and professional. Job well done. Thank you

Scott handled a very tricky situation with a leaky tub faucet and a wall that had to be cut open to access the problem. He kept the cut as small as possible, dealt with more surprises with the pipes, and had it all back together again in well under the time he gave initially. He was super-professional and polite.
