Would give a 0 if I could. First and hopefully last encounter with APH this week. Experienced an apartment emergency on Saturday, my horrible property management company Echo Summit [will roast them later too, don't worry] made us wait until Monday to "authorize," despite the downstairs neighbor voicing concern that if any more water came down into his apartment from my shower, he was afraid the ceiling would collapse. Welp, APH only does normal business hours and sometimes has someone past 5pm, but of course no one was available this week! So we scheduled for today, Wednesday, have my roommate AND the downstairs neighbor leave for work to be there at noon. The technician did not call or bother to show up! No warning! Unbelievably unprofessional, waited two days for nothing and still don't have a shower. Don't trust this company unless you don't have a strict time frame and ESPECIALLY not an emergency, they don't give even care enough to call before canceling for no reason!

I just moved to Denver and bought a house and found a bunch of Problems!!! It was a nightmare!! I called and LaChel was super nice on the phone. She sent Tom who replaced my thermostat and Hanz who fixed my leaking sink. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!! everything is working great!

Aaron came in wearing a mask which we appreciated, definitely knew what he was talking about, gave us background research for questions we had. He was very friendly but professional.

Scott did a great job. He was on time and very professional in work and appearance. I feel the charges were somewhat excessive for the work done however.

For an hour labor an maybe 5 bucks in material i was way over charged given the circumstances and the situation i feel like i should of got another opinion an had i had time to do so i would of i just cant fathom a 628 charge to replace a small portion of galvanized pipe... They call themselves affordable but they’re far from affordable at that rate it almost seems as if the business name is only a ploy to take advantage of people.

Set up an appointment with a “window” of 10 to 12. Called this morning and asked if they would call prior to showing up, which the answer was yes. Sat waiting from 10 to 12. No show! Called and they said that we were not in the books, but they have room tomorrow! Lol...seriously! I set up an appointment with you! Wasted my time!

Jeff Long first and most important was on time.
He quickly discovered the problem and fixed it in minutes.
