Eric was absolutely fantastic. We couldnt of asked for more. Eric was punctual, professional , polite , and made my wife and i very comfortable with the process. Great quality of work in an efficient amount of time. Eric was also very careful while using a mask and gloves at all times. We will definitely ask for Eric when we need something else completed.

I am an electrical contractor. While on the job site one of my electrician was drilling through a stud and did not realize there was a water pipe on the other side. You guessed it, he drilled into it causing an instant shower. We got the water shut off quickly with minimal water damage but now we faced the prospect of getting a plumber out to repair the pipe at 4:30 in the afternoon so as to not leave the customer with no water for the night. I called Affordable Bel-Air Plumbing and Rachael answered and was very pleasant but did not know if they could handle an after hours call. She said she would check and call me back. With in minutes she called me back and said she could have a plumber out right away. She quoted me pricing which seemed very fair, took down the address and said she would dispatch the crew. Shortly there after Cody called to get more details as to the problem and said he would relay the information to the plumber en-route and that they were 6 minuets away from the customers house. The plumber arrived, fixed the pipe promptly and charged a fair price. Start to finish it took about 45 minuets. They were very courteous, professional and fair. I now have a go to plumber for all our future needs.

I have never given any business a 1 star review until now. They went to do work at a rental of ours. I couldn't be there and felt uneasy after talking to the technician on the phone. He seemed inexperienced and felt like he was trying to sell me on things I didn't need done. I just wanted it fixed so I told him to just do the work. He charged us $600 (after telling me it wouldn't be over $500 before he did the work). Next day the kitchen sink is backing up again. Called another plumber and they undid his work which was done incorrectly and charged us less and did it in less time. Kitchen sink works great now. I called the manager to relay the story. He told me he would look into it and call me back. He never did. Horrible customer service and non trustworthy technicians. I would never recommend this company. Such a great experience with this company! We are a first time home buyer and had issues with sewer backing up. The office was very friendly to call and quick to setup an appointment. They gave us a call to confirm the window that day. Honestly, they were a bit late compared to their window but did call to let us know beforehand and were sincerely apologetic. Austin was incredibly knowledgeable and saved us $8,400 in the end (Previously company gave us a ridiculous quote, wanting to rip out all of our sewer lines for what ended up being a very simple and small issue) So thankful I called them!

From the time I called to make the appointment through the end result of a working toilet, I am thoroughly impressed with Affordable Plumbing, Heating, and Electric. Gavin came this morning, on time, professional, efficient, pleasant, courteous, everything you could hope for in a service technician. Gavin, I hope they are treating you well, you are an excellent representative for the company.

The technician that came out was really friendly and did a good job on replacing/repairing the two hose bibs that were old and leaky. No issue there.

I have to complain about how the payment was taken, however. Before starting the service, we walked around and looked at everything that needed to be done. After reviewing, he stated the job would cost around $350. I acknowledged and said that was a reasonable price. He even said he might have to create a whole in the ceiling if needed but wouldn’t charge for that. He didn’t end up having to do that, so all good there. He started the work and completed in about an hour. I appreciated the promptness and he did a good job making sure everything worked, but at the end he said everything costed just over 500!! I asked him what changed, and he said it was 250 to replace one hose bib outlet and 250 to repair the second one and put in new parts. This was not stated at all during the initial walkthrough so I absolutely felt blindsided by the total cost. Luckily I had enough in savings to cover it, but it was unexpected.

For future service I would expect the total cost to be written out and signed BEFORE starting the work and then any unforeseen issues be discussed if there will be additional charges. I didn’t do it this time based on our initial verbal agreement and the fact that he didn’t offer to have a statement of work/cost signed beforehand. I gave him the benefit of the doubt on this one, but that was my mistake. Overall he was a friendly and good guy to have the work done, but I don’t agree with the company’s payment collection policies. This needs to be reviewed.

We called at 7:30 am and they were here by 10:30 am, very important for us!!! The two technicians we're thorough and tackled a sewer lift problem. They could have billed us for a new one, but instead figured out the fixable problem, and thus saved us about $3000. They were ultra kind, extremely clean, and determined to find the correct problem - great technicians and a blessing to us! I will continue to call them for all plumbing services.

I had to have my AC replaced and the price I got was unbeatable. The guys they sent out for the replacement were top notch, Mike and Hans were very friendly and knowledgeable, they both worked late for us and they didn't seem to mind one bit. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Marvin was amazing. He went above and beyond for our family on a very cold winter morning. He was very professional and worked fast with his coworker.

We had a problem with our furnace right after a spring snowstorm (and on a Saturday of course). David was able to come out first thing Monday and take care of everything. He did a great job explaining what was wrong, gave a quick diagnosis and the furnace is back up and running in time for the next spring snowstorm. Great professionalism and service! Thank you!
