UNI Colorado heating and A/C company is great company. Very knowledgeable and professional. They completely replaced both the twenty year old furnace and air conditioner. We are completely satisfied. Highly recommend this company.

These guys are so responsive and friendly! I have used them for heating and cooling services on multiple investment properties, and referred them to other clients, and all great experiences! I am so impressed with how they do business; they try really hard to fit me into their schedule as quickly as possible, and always follow up on status of repairs, which I really appreciate (since that seems to be such a rarity among other companies).

Great company! They came during their day off to help get our AC installed during a heat crises. Other companies were telling us it would take 2-3 weeks. UniColorado charged us the same price for the same system, but was able to come much sooner. They were on time to all appointments, which is very rare in my experience. Bryan, our main point of contact there, was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Highly recommend!

My new go-to HVAC company. We found UniColorado when looking for bids on a new AC unit. We had used a different hvac company for five years and honestly just figured we would go with them for our unit. I would call my old hvac company a mid major….not applewood big, but still sizable with multiple trucks/techs. I actually really liked them for all my service needs until having UniColorado over. These guys play in a different league.

UniColorado was undoubtedly more knowledgeable, quoted a lower price, honest, and just enjoyable people to chat with. The other hvac company tried to upsell me on a large 18+ seer unit. UniCo cautioned early on in their bid/evaluation that my existing furnace couldn’t handle a unit with that high a seer rating. Not only that, they went into detail how many of the effiecieny gains realized by a higher seer unit would be lost due to our older house with less capable/weaker insulation. These guys were smart, articulate, and fair, wanting to get the right unit for me, not for their bottom line.

We also used them for an unrelated service call. Same level of detail and same reasonable cost. UniColorado is the real deal; will be using them for all our hvac needs going forward.

Unicolorado provided excellent service and a very competitive price. Aiden and Brian were exceptionally courteous and polite when they came by to provide an estimate. They were on-time each visit and the final invoice matched the estimate exactly - no surprise fees. I would recommend using this team for your next HVAC project.

I called them and they came out the same day to look at my furnace. I don't rememebr the guys name but he was clean and got everything done. Cleaned my furnace too for the the same price.

UniColorado gave me a great quote for an air conditioner and furnace installation. The price was quite a bit lower than other prices I’d seen, and it was near the bottom of industry averages based on my research online. Better still, they credited me the money for work they’d previously done to keep my old air conditioner running. This was a very nice gesture considering the parts and labor they already put into the effort to salvage that system, even though it was beyond saving. As an aside, the fact that I initially called them for a new AC, and they tried to fix my old AC before installing the new one, showed how committed they were to saving me money wherever possible.
The price they quoted for the furnace/AC was exactly the price they charged when the job was done. Many contractors find a way to sneak in extra fees. Not these guys. They actually had several opportunities to add extra charges that would’ve been completely justified (ex., they had to replace more parts from the old system and dealt with some unforeseen structural challenges in the house), yet they didn’t go a cent over the quoted price.
The UniColorado team showed up exactly on time for every appointment, down to the minute. They didn’t show up at 8:01 for an 8 am appointment. They showed up as my watch hit 8. They gave me a full account of all the work, let me ask questions, went into detail about the workings of air conditioning systems, and even gave me maintenance tips. They didn’t merely put the new system in my house – they made sure I’d be able to do everything I needed to do to improve its performance and lifespan.
The quality of the work was incredible. The equipment they installed was not only brand new but so clean and beautifully maintained it looked like it had come right from the factory. It was set up with as much care as if they were working on their own homes. They actually went beyond the agreed upon work in many ways. For example, they had to run a new ventilation pipe from my furnace in the middle of the basement through a bedroom to get outside. Exposed piping in the bedroom wouldn’t have been beautiful, but I thought it was necessary and asked them to add it. The team found a way to run the pipe through the ceiling so it was completely hidden. They spent more time on the job, made it considerably harder on themselves, and exceeded the expectations I’d given them, to do something that was purely aesthetic.
The team members were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met – not just compared to other contractors but compared to people in general. Polite. Friendly. Considerate. I felt like I had friends over. I was honestly sad to see them go when they finished working. And while I’m on the subject of them leaving, I’ll point out that they finished the job several hours early, despite all the extra steps they took to make sure everything was done perfectly.
They treated my home like it was theirs and made my family’s comfort a top priority. They put protective coverings over the floor, protected my furniture, and maneuvered around some awkwardly placed furniture because they didn’t want me to have to move anything. They showed concern about whether my dogs were comfortable during the work, and wanted to make sure I’d have a way to get them out for walks while the equipment was being moved.
A few hours after the team left, I discovered that sometime during their check of the registers, they actually swept dog fur up from behind my couch. The idea of an AC/furnace installation team cleaning a customer’s floor in an area that’s hidden from view and that 9 out 10 customers probably wouldn’t notice is something I wouldn’t have believed if it didn’t see it personally. The fact that they did this without a word (and, of course, without additional charges) defies any expectations I’ve ever had for contractors.
