After uni installed my furnace, there was water in my basement near the drain a few days after they finished. Not going to lie, I was very upset and thought it was their fault. I called the office who were respectful and told me someone would come within a few hours. Af came and after he checked it, we saw that the basement drain was clogged and draining slowly and it had nothing to do with the install. Even though I was riled up both the office guy and Af were very respectful and listened to me. He got my drain working again and that was that. I was thankful that even thoughI had the wrong assumption they treated me nicely and fixed my drain without issue.Thank you for being nice and getting me a new furnace!

The scheduling was easy, the furnace was fixed the same day and they talked to me about my Xcel bill and how to make it better. Turns out you can't have the thermostat set to 75 degrees all the time, now I know

Amazing HVAC pros. My AC totally died last summer on a 90+ degree day. UniColorado came out fast and gave me some great options. They found a way to get a new AC in while using the old coil which ended up saving over $2k.

48 hours later I had a brand new American Standard (a much better brand than most) that cooled my house quickly and efficiently. The 3 techs I dealt with were all professional, exceedingly knowledgable and courteous.

Great experience, highly professional and responsive. Took care of heat pump system installation and all the applications for rebates/credits from Xcel and denver.

Af and Bryan worked so hard this summer to get our new system up and running in 100+ temps. They spent almost 2 days in the heat, worked late to get the job done, and worked with our schedule and family to make sure things were up and running promptly. We can't thank them enough for their work.

I had a furnace repair done by Uni for my furnace. The technician was on time, efficient, friendly and professional. It all went as smoothly as possible and he spent time explaining to an anxious customer what he was doing. 10/10.
