Our call to True Blue turned into a $5000 nightmare. We had made an offer to buy a vacant home and called True Blue to inspect the HVAC system. Their tech did the inspection and gave us the report. This was January 28th. Nighttime temperatures were in the low 20's.

Three days later we get a call from the listing broker. The furnaces had been left off by the True Blue technician. The water froze in the pipes, in the toilet tanks, in the bathtub, and in the faucets. Total repair costs were $5000. We contacted True Blue and they said there was no way to prove their tech had failed to turn the furnaces back on after he tested them. But the listing broker confirmed that no one had been in the home since the day we left. Repeated calls to True Blue led nowhere. We paid the owners the $5000 and learned a valuable lesson. Make sure the people you contract with are competent and honorable before you hire them. True Blue is neither.

I've used them twice now. Once for a furnace that wasn't working. Turned out to be a pretty simple fix that I just had to pay the service fee for. Yesterday, they did an AC check and it was running fine so no charge. I appreciate that they aren't trying to sell me a new HVAC system when it's not necessary yet like a different company did.

Jim senior just left my house. I had changed the batteries in my thermostat and nothing happened. No heat. Jim came the same afternoon and fixed the thermostat and checked the furnace. He saved the day. Jim senior was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Called to schedule appt on 7/10 and was transferred to another person who set it. Come Monday morning, today 7/13, my property mgr had received call from them during the morning stating they had to reschedule for later in after noon between 2 - 4p. I live out of state and have been leasing my home since 2012. And I work in the construction industry and work with Heat and Air contractors on residential projects ALL THE TIME. Well I nor my property mgr never heard from them and they certainly didn't show up. I followed up this evening and got the person representing TBHA who proceeded to attempt contact with whoever? I'm thinking this is just a middleman service who takes calls and contracts with whomever. I have no patience for no show / no call companies, there are too many who will at least call and explain their issue if they can't make it - I get it. But not this company...next!

I had a split air system in mind for a new install. Adam told me I could use a regular a/c system which would cost me about four thousand less. He and Tony scheduled the install in a few days and took just a few hours to install it...I am very happy with their work.

I feel lied to. A tech showed up to fix a very annoying beeping sound coming from my furnace -- he told me he found issues with 2 separate parts that were covered by my warranty. Then, his boss calls me days later and says they won't fix either part, the exact opposite of what he told me. Very disappointed, the tech made me feel confident he would fix my issues and then let me down.
