V.T. went out of his way to explain what the problem was and the options to get the issue corrected. It was decided that our furnace needed to be replaced. V.T. stayed late to make sure that the new furnace was installed to perfection, on the same day that I called. V.T. made sure that I was pleased with the new furnace and how well it was heating the house. My experience with True Blue Heating and Air has been a pleasure; they are very professional. Lloyd, BT and Lamar came out on a Sunday during Memorial day weekend and not only did they get me a killer deal on a new furnace, they had it up and running quickly. They went above and beyond repairing some of my duct work and making sure the whole system worked properly. It made me feel good about spending a lot of money on an expensive piece of equipment. I will definitely have them back for all my maintenance needs as well. Great small business. Thank you True Blue!!!
