VT came all the way across time to fix my furnace. Great job!!! He did A + job! 5/5!!!

Installed and left, house filled with gas smell because there was a leak. Called them to come back, they came late next day. Then when we went to use heater, it doesn't work, called and they no showed on Friday, then rescheduled for following Friday and they no show no called again. I do not recommend them at all.

DO NOT USE THIS HVAC COMPANY. THEY WILL TRY AND RIP YOU OFF. THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO CHARGE YOU 3-4X WHAT THE JOB SHOULD COST. AND THEY TRY TO CONVINCE YOU THAT YOU NEED A NEW FURNACE WHEN YOU DONT. TERRIBLE AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Beware if using their services. I ordered the AC maintenance package which was not cheap, 300, and the tech spend 20 minutes saying every was good. My AC is not running well and have to hire someone else I called to request another tech but have been ghosted. Save yourself the headache and go with water reputable company.

I've used True Blue Heating and Air several times now. Jimmie definitely knows his trade well. True Blue is honest, fair, competent and offers exceptional service. . I had a problem with my heating system and even though they were super busy they came that same day. The issue was fixed right away and has worked great ever since. Today, Jimmie came out to make sure everything is in working order and I feel confident I am in good hands. The office is friendly, helpful and reliable. I highly recommend this company and will use them again, and again.. I am grateful I found True Blue Heating and Air.

Everything with True Blue Heating & Air was amazing! True blue reached out to me within hours of me first indicating I wanted a job done. They sent someone (James) out for a free estimate same day. Not only was he early, but called before hand and make sure that was okay. He was thorough, quick, and professional. After the estimate, he followed up unbelievably quickly with the pricing and job details. (The quote also came in under the price of another company who told me doing it the way James suggested was more expensive and harder) James came back to my home as soon as possible (less than 2 business days) to complete the job. Prior to arriving, he called to let me know he was on his way and when exactly I could expect him. Each step of the project he walked me through and explained to me. He was (again) quick yet thorough. James cleaned up every bit of mess he made (and more) and was so kind, respectful and communicative. I couldn't recommend True Blue (& James!) more. I hope I have another opportunity to use their services!
