The installers came when promised. They were very informative. There was minimal disruption and they cleaned up their work area. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to family and friends.

Awful experience. We scheduled them to be out this afternoon and 3.5 hours later the tech calls and says there’s no way he will make it out today (Friday) and can’t come until Monday. It’s literally 100 degrees today and we have NO AC upstairs. Could not be more disappointed that they did this to us and now it’s too late to get anyone else here today so we’ll be without AC for the hottest weekend of the year!
