Pasterkamp Heating and Air Conditioning

After an incident resulting in flooding from a clogged condenser unit, I decided to be proactive and have my AC serviced at the beginning of each season. I was referred to Pasterkamp by a friend in the industry. The Service Tech, Marc, was prompt, efficient, friendly, professional and informative. I plan to set up an annual, preventive service call for both my furnace and AC with Pasterkamp in the future. Thank you.

We had a AC and Furnace put in, we have had nothing but problems. It was a high end furnace and AC: Elite Series. They have had to be back three times to fix it. If you leave them a voice message you might never get a call back. The AC just stopped working. It has been under year, but I have given up with them. I am having another Lennox dealer come out and see what they didn't do right this time.

Tried ordering parts from this company for a heating/ac unit. Was treated unkindly and had to track down their service team for answers over the course of a few days. When I finally got a hold of someone all they had to say was "we don't have your parts" before I was even able to say what it was I was looking for. Felt like I was pulling teeth to give them my business. Go elsewhere.

Service was scheduled quickly. I wasn't home so I had the service tech let himself in. Great communication over the phone. He had the required parts. Tech name Jesse. Can highly recommend this company.

They were able to make a service call within 24 hours to assist us in restoring our A/C in the middle of one of the hottest weeks of the year. Great job and reasonably priced.

We have them come service our 1930’s boiler each year and they are knowledgeable, and very reasonable. They help us to keep our old boiler working reliably.

The tech did a good job. He came when he said they would. I was charged for him driving over which I found odd. I’ll look for another company to do HVAC repairs and maintenance in the future.

The women in the office (Michelle and Jen) are rude and the owner (Jim) doesn't care if he earns or keeps your business. They are overpriced and unresponsive. I DO NOT recommend using this company.

Simply the best service for my furnace. I get an annual contract for fall preventive furnace and spring preventive air conditioning service. scheduled service makes sense.
