Eco Heating and Cooling

We have used Eco heating and cooling twice this year - once to clean the ductwork in our home and also to repair a malfunctioning heat unit. They are awesome about calling when they are on their way to our house. Their technicians are friendly and hard workers. As new clients, we are very impressed with their service and will continue to use them going forward.

I have used Eco Heating and Cooling for 2 years now and am never disappointed. I needed to replace my furnace and A/C unit 2 years ago and they were the ones I called. I would not think of using anyone else. I have been pleasantly surprised that the last three times I had my unit serviced the same person came to my house. I like that and feel we are getting to know each other.

Still have not received service from Eco HVAC. Currently at 3 no show/no calls in the last 2 days, wasting a bunch of our time waiting around during the service windows. We were just told they “guarantee” someone will be here TOMORROW 9-11am, which means a 3rd day and night in 95 degree heat with no AC. Will update this review once we actually receive service, but so far, not at all impressed.

I had a great experience with this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

I can't recommend Eco Heating and Cooling enough times. The technician that came out took time to answer my questions diligently. He went above and beyond checking out our heating and cooling system to make sure it was thoroughly serviced and in proper working order. I will definitely be calling them next time I have any concerns. Excellent services!!

I have used Eco Heating and Cooling both professionally and personally. Moses one of the technicians has been to a house we recently purchased to make sure it was safe for our family, he was nothing but diplomatic. I have referred them to comrades as well as family. Five Stars all the way!!

I called Eco yesterday and asked when they'd be able to come take a look at my AC. They asked for my info (nothing about what's happening with the AC), told me there was a $150 service fee, and told me they could come out last night. I was shocked they could come out that quickly, and asked if I could call them right back. He said okay, so I called back 15 minutes later and they had zero record of me. I gave them my info again, again they didn't ask about the AC, and reminded me of the service fee. They said they'd be sending someone out and they'd call when they were on their way. No call, nobody showed. I called them this morning and told them what happened, and they said someone will call you right back.... Nothing. Just awful service.

Their amazing tech was very honest and professional. Im very happy with the service and signed up with the yearly maintenance program. I recommend!!
