    After setting an appt with Milo, that morning I never heard back. Once I finally got ahold of him he came to look at the property, gave me his card, and asked me to text him my email address for a quote. That was the last I heard from him. No quote! No reply back to tell me he didn't want the business! No text response! Just like some of the other bad reviews, just completely ghosted me. SO GLAD I didn't tab him to do the install. If he bails out on customers who haven't given him any money what does he do to paying customers. GO ELSEWHERE!

    I'm always looking for good, affordable, experienced and nice heating and cooling guys. I meet Milo last year after getting a referral from an other heating cooling company that was too busy that day. Milo showed up and was able to get my heater working again. What I appreciate about Milo is that he explains possible reasons why the heater is not working. He said, "Let's start with the simple and affordable solutions and go from there". I have used him a few times now and the experience is the same. Milo is a good man with affordable services. Thank you!

    We have used Milo and his team twice over the past year. Once to fix heating (in the dead of winter) and once to reinstall a new AC unit (during a heat wave). Due to the weather conditions, we let them know that it was an emergency, and they were at our house within hours. They completed the job within a few days and were always prompt. His team is kind, professional and are all around, good people. We look forward to referring Milo & his team to our family and friends!

    I called Milo who was recommended by my regular A/C guy because my regular guy had a family emergency. Milo said he doesn’t work on weekends but would come out as I have breathing issues. He showed up about 6:30 pm but didn’t want to go into my crawl space because he was in street clothes and his wife was waiting in the car. He finally went into the crawl space and was back very quickly telling me it was the condenser.

    He said he’d get a parts store to open for him on Sunday (which I would be charged for) and get the needed part. I never heard from him on Sunday.

    As my regular repair person will be back to work on Monday, I left a message for them to call.

    I would not recommend Milo or his company. His attitude was very poor and obviously he’s unreliable.

    Excellent service! Milo (owner) takes personal accountability for every customer, every job. We are thrilled with our new HVAC unit with humidifier (our skin appreciated it as well), but that paddles in comparison to the personalized service and integrity demonstrated by the crew who installed it. Please let them give you a quote.. you will be glad you did.

    Milo is completely worthless and was unresponsive for an appointment made 10 days ago. I purposely made sure to be home for the service call and he never even extended the courtesy to tell me that he could not make it. Ignored my text yesterday even after confirming it was 'read'. Save yourself the heartache and go with someone more reputable and reliable.

    I would like to express that the service rendered was great. Milo stuck with it in order to complete the job to success. It presented challenges, and Milo approached the service with determination and tenacity until success. It was great to see and experience.     Zero stars.
    Milo was supposed to show up between 2-4pm. We called him at 4pm and he said he would head over after his appointment as there was a mix up with the address - this was a lie as he had confirmed the address and appointment by text. 2.5 hours go by and we call him again. He tries to set up for the following day during times that did not work, and made sure we knew it was his day off. Unacceptable.

    Milo saved the day when we woke up to no heat on a particularly chilly Saturday morning. He went out of his way to help us through a furnace reset and new filter installation. It is extremely difficult to find heat repair on weekends, never mind someone so quick to respond and help. Milo was simply the best!
