Recently I wasn't able to find anyone to service my AC unit that was quite overdue for maintenance. After speaking with the people at Aether Mechanical, they were able to diagnose the problem at my office and also offered to look at my home unit. They did a tremendous job at getting my office unit running and up to speed. I was able to find out what additional problems were plaguing my home unit and scheduled future service. I plan on replacing my office unit soon and will be going with Aether Mechanical again for their professionalism and overall customer service. Best regards, NW

My water heater stopped working overnight and after calling several companies, most were either too expensive or had no experience changing a heater. I selected Aether Mechanical as the sales staff were very professional and knowledgeable with this type of work, asked the right questions, and suggested self repair options over the phone. They showed up the same day and the team were highly efficient as the they worked diligently to take out the old water heater and install the new one in less than an hour. Our furnaced stopped working right when the days began to get colder. These guys showed up same day I called. The tech came on-time, assessed the issue and gave us the information, straight with no B.S. They came through tremendously! Outstanding work, they were on-time, courteous and professional!

My AC stopped working in the middle of a hot, hot summer. I called Aether, and they sent a technician the same day within a couple of hours to evaluate the problem with my AC unit. There were two issues, one was electrical and two with the AC system. The technician, while working on the AC called his office and asked for an electrician. The electrician arrived at my home in less than an hour after the call. Fortunately, the electrician was able to identify the problem and carried all parts needed to make the repairs. My AC had a greater problem; it was more expensive to repair, and wouldn't last long if I decided to go that route. My AC was replaced the next day, and it is now working beautifully and more efficiently than the old system.
