Action Air Ducts is by far the friendliness, accommodating, and efficient company I have ever had the pleasure to call upon! The owner, Tamir, works right alongside his crew to make sure that everything is up to his high standards! He has serviced our air ducts, our dryer vents, and in a few weeks, our furnace. Everything was left clean and put back into place. Everyone came in wearing a mask and respecting the social distancing guidelines. My 92-year-old mother has breathing issues, and we cannot take chances. We are reassured with the safety as long as he performs the job. These guys were fast and efficient. I worked with Jesus Novelo specifically and he explained all the work they were going to do and quoted me a good price. I think it's been at least a decade since my home vents we're cleaned and they needed it. Now they are clean, clear and smelling fresh. No more mildew smell when the heat kicked on after a long time of not running.

Very good customer service. Tamir arrived at my house within 2 hours of me calling. He was very professional and was honest on what the problem was with my furnace. He quoted me a very good price to clean my furnace and vets/air ducts. He completed the job in a timely manner with little disruption to my household. I just have to say this I experienced probably the best overall experience ... Perhaps the top five out of 20 similar experiences and I'm very happy to highly recommend Tamir and action air duct. I can honestly admit that this is probably the best one out of five out of the top 20 customer service and service experiences I've had and the last many many years. I was looking for a stress-free experience due to the circumstances that me and my family were going through after losing a loved one recently, And when I called Tamera to schedule a furnace cleaning basic tune-up I was a little bit scattered with what we wanted to do and when. He showed me from the very get-go that he was patient professional kind and understanding. We set a service date and he was professional from the beginning through the whole experience. He also was able to show me that the minor work we thought we needed might not be exactly the fix all that we were thinking it would be. Thanks to his information and him showing me directly how things were dirtier and much more serious than we thought, We had a choice and choices are good. We have to go for a more intrinsic cleaning of the furnace unit. He took his time and did things in a timely professional manner and I can't be happier to know that he was the A+ and beyond right person for the job. So yes I can't give him any 11 out of 1 to 10 but I can say that he went above and beyond and I think that he deserves a five-star and beyond because he showed me in a very honest fashion what needed to be done. There are times when you have people come into your life that you trust with your home your AC furnace water heater the important things, And you don't feel comfortable about it and you're not really sure if they know what they're doing. I've been there and sadly experienced that before. That's why I know I keep track of the wonderful better great outcomes just like I do the bad ones. And if you were going to pay for something that you feel is important that needs to be done, then you want to go with the right person the right representative the right knowledgeable professional experienced kind understanding patient human being that will make you feel like you made the right choice for you and your family. And you have to admit that with professionalism understanding kindness knowledge being on a budget and being able to afford affordable top notch service is just as important. We tend to take a lot of time to complain about things whether they're big or small, So I feel that we should totally take the time to appreciate and show kindness and express ourselves when things go rather wonderfully. We had some remodeling done and knew the air ducts probably needed to get cleaned. Jesus' crew did an excellent job and showed us before and after pictures. This crew was very respectful and clean. They wore booties to keep the carpets clean and laid down mats for their equipment.

Wonderful to work with! Good communication (hard to get around here), respectful, clean, and even handsome! They did great work. Can’t recommend enough!

Jesus and his two other workers came to our house today to fix our furnace. To the say the least they are the best workers I have ever met, they came in and started working straight off the bat! We had many questions of what was going on in the process and Jesus gave us in great detail about what was going on and what there overall goal was! If you are looking for people who work on furnaces A/C and all that you have to give them a call! We are super happy with the outcome and will definitely start hiring this company for all of our furnace and A/C problems!
