Action Air Duct

We had Action Air Duct clean our system after an extensive remodel left layers of dust and debris around the basement. There were other companies advertising lower rates but we decided to go with Action Air Duct because of their great online reviews and figured we would get the job done right for the higher price. Unfortunately not much care was put into "leaving the home the way you found it" as can be seen by the marks left on the wall by the machine they attached to the vent and the paint and plaster they pulled off the wall (and didn't even bother to sweep up) when removing the vents. While I hope the ducts themselves are deep cleaned, the vents on the wall were not, and we ended up cleaning them again after the crew left. The crew were very nice and courteous, but even though I had to point out areas that needed to be cleaned up behind them, I still had to perform additional cleaning after they left. Tamir was very responsive to my initial inquiry and made it easy to set up the appointment, even after hours.

Next time I will likely go with one of the lower-cost options.

Update to this review: I was contacted by the owner of the company who apologized for my substandard experience with his technicians, which I appreciate. He offered to pay the cost of cleanup from the mess pictured in my photos and expressed his wish that I had contacted him about the problem before leaving my review. Well... a few weeks later, the furnace that his team "serviced" stopped working. I contacted him about the issue under the terms of his "guarantee" and he offered to come out and look at it, BUT if he decided that his team was not at fault, he would charge me for another service visit. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I did not give him the opportunity to come out and charge me more money for something I had already paid him to do.

Wonderful service! I called them at 5:30 p.m. on a Wednesday and they showed up at 8 a.m. the next morning. I was very impressed by the quick evaluation, explanation of services, and completion of service all within a few hours. The best part is my space feels like new, and the air quality is better than ever. Top-notch professionalism. Highly recommend!

Eli and Gabriel arrived exactly within the window that was promised, were communicative with their ETA on the day of service, and were considerate, professional, and kind. I wasn’t expecting much from a standard service that costs several hundred dollars other than the job to get done and hopes that it would be completed in a timely manner.

This is how a business should run. I got a prompt quote within less a minute of requesting online. Fair price for market value. They delivered on exactly what they said they would do and in a very quick turnaround. One of the few home services I received in my time in Denver that I was happy to pay for at time of completion. They do business the way it’s supposed to. Easy, quick, and exactly to their word. Thank you for a pleasant and easy transaction, and I’ll be recommending to anyone that ever needs an HVAC service or repair.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. We first Tamir when he came to assess our hvac system in our new house, he was super professional and clear, and then after that I had some issues come up with my system, and he was incredibly helpful and responsive in our time. He want above and beyond to help us and I will never call anyone else for HVAC/heating/cooling related issues, they have earned my business for life.

Action Air Duct did a wonderful job. They came out quickly, within 2 days to help clean my vents. The technicians I worked with were Jesus Novelo and Allen. They explained all the steps to it was easy for me to understand what was needed. They gave me a great price. And most importantly, they were super friendly. It made the whole experience even better! I highly recommend them!! No more toys in my vents 😊

5 star shoutout to Action Airduct! My dryer vent was so plugged that my dryer kept shutting off. I called Tamir and he worked me in the same day! Both Tamir and Gabriel were professional, efficient, and removed the buildup of lint causing my problem! Additionally a new arrangement of my dryer vent hose was suggested that will enhance the space and efficiency.

They did a great Job on our home. They called 30min prior to let us know they were on the way. Jesus and his crew did a wonderful Job in timely manner. Answering all our questions and even doing my son's room last who has special needs so he didn't feel overwhelmed or scared during process. 5 stars through and through. With very short notice, Tamir was able to replace 2 thermostats in 2 different locations in the same day. A few days later, he had his team come clean the vents and HVAC motor.

Very efficient, professional, and passionate about his work. Communication was quick responses and thorough information, and I could tell that he genuinely enjoys helping others. 100% recommend and I will be using his services for anything else that I need in the future.

Thank you for a wonderful job well done. Jesus was polite, thoughtful, competent and knowledgable and he explained carefully and clearly all about what he and is co-worker would do. He showed us proof in photos of before and after the cleaning was done. He also showed us the filter he took out and it was surprisingly gross! He also explained how often we should change the filter and that it would be wise to do a not quite so involved cleaning annually. My husband and I are very pleased with the work and look forward to the house smelling more sweetly after the fan has been running for a while.
