Action Air Duct

I used this company to clean my dryer vent. They were able to schedule an appointment within a week which was necessary due to other deadlines. Communication the day of was great- they called when they were on their way and showed up at the beginning of the time window I was given. The vent was completely clogged and ended up being a bigger project than originally thought, but the team (Jesus and one other guy) did a great job getting it cleaned out. Price was fair for the work done and the crew was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service! Tamir called me 20 minutes before arriving and arrived on time. He diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes of arriving. He had the parts on hand and finished up in 30 minutes. It was very hard to get an AC appointment this time of year so I am very happy with the results.

My dryer was taking forever to dry towels, so I found Tamir online and he came and cleaned the very clogged, never before cleaned dryer vent. A lot of service repair people would have chastised me for not having them cleaned more frequently. Tamir just cleared and cleaned the vent without judgement. While he was here (and it was hot), he asked if I had air conditioning because he hadn't seen any indication. I said I didn't. I was looking into it, but didn't want a big cooling unit on my small back deck. He suggested a ductless mini-split AC/H unit. When I investigated, it turned out to be a perfect solution for my situation. Tamir ordered and installed the unit and it's exactly what I needed. I told a friend about Tamir and the mini-split. She had him install one for her as well and she's thrilled with it. Tamir did a great job installing the unit. He's friendly, efficient, and does great work. He just bought a truck to improve the way he cleans air ducts. I'm scheduling mine to be cleaned by him in September. If I ever need any of the services Tamir provides, he's the only person I'll call from now on. I'm a customer for life!

I called on a Saturday, thinking it would take weeks to schedule estimate and perform, but they had room to both estimate and perform comprehensive, top to bottom cleaning and service the same day. Jesus Novelo and his partner were professional, communicative, neat, and indefatigable. It was pretty clear it had been 8-10 years since a real cleaning had been done, and things were pretty gross to begin with. Jesus explained in detail what they were going to do for each issue, why, and how much would cost. We discussed future maintenance (obviously far less comprehensive) as well, so I could understand what we were doing now and how it would influence future work/costs. They then proceeded with the registers, vents, bathroom fans, and AC/furnace cleaning and maintenance. Everything was shiny and gleaming at the end and a disturbing amount of build up had been expelled. The house smells better already! Jesus followed up by text to check in the next day and answered a few questions I'd come up with. The costs were completely in line with expectations. Highly, highly recommend. Will use for annual care.
