This was my first time replacing a furnace and I wasn't sure of what the process was. A little rocky at first with setting up the appointment but after it was corrected, my furnace was replaced within 24 hours. Mike came to my house on early notice and gave me a heck of a deal for it to be replaced the next day. The next day, I get a text from the company stating that Travis and Tyler were on their way and to expect dancing and music. Travis and Tyler were very pleasant and actually did sing but I didn't see them dance. All in all, it was a job well done, pleasant customer connections, and timely. 5/5 for these guys definitely would recommend, especially if you're in need of quality work for affordable price. Thank you all for your hard work in getting my family warmth for this coming winter!
Excellent customer service and workmanship!! We used Mountain View Comfort for a whole home install of heating/cooling system and tankless water heater. They went above-and-beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. All of our questions were answered promptly. We highly recommend to family and friends.
I had my furnace installed 14 months ago and today it is dead as a door nail. I paid extra for an extended warranty that was supposed to cover everything for 3 years. Today I found out that this company has disappeared completely, which means I absolutely threw my money away on a new furnace and a warranty that is WORTHLESS. The company they “transferred” their clients to refuses any warranty work. This seems like it should be illegal to take money and disappear! Additionally, they never cleaned my vents like they were supposed to and I also discovered that the inspection was never completed. ABSOLUTE SCAM and am left without heat and more out of pocket expenses for their poor work and leaving customers literally out in the cold.

From the sales and scheduling, to installers, to maintenance workers and technicians, the culture of kindness, patience, understanding, high work ethic and honesty threads through each of them. This is a kind of company I would be proud to work for, but even more grateful to have done business with. Once you become a client, you are part of their family and it truly feels like you are adopted into a family that cares about your HVAC. I feel lucky to have engaged their service, I look forward to a lasting relationship with them.
I feel like I dont have enough words in my vocabulary to explain how awesome this company is. My furnace went out on a Saturday. Called them in the morning and they were at my house that afternoon. The owner Jay showed up and informed me that it needed to be replaced. He was very friendly and polite and explained exactly what was wrong. We proceeded to fill out the paperwork to finance a new furnace. He told me he had some other jobs to do and could install it monday and even offered to bring me a few space heaters for the time being. About an hour after he left he called me and told me he was going to drive up to Denver to grab me a furnace because he didn't want My wife and kids to go without heat. He had to pay out of pocket to get a furnace from the store since it was after hours. That speaks miles in itself. He ended up coming back to my house later that night to install my new furnace. I got to talking to him him and I ended up purchasing an A/c unit from him as well. I've talked to other companies prior about installing an A/c before and his offer was a few grand less than what I had been so we went with it. He installed the A/c unit the next day. Again I sat there and talked to him about some things around the house and he even went as far as fixing a few things around my house that have nothing to do with his job. I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars because I have never had a company that caters to their customer like this company has. I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone that needs this type of work. I promise you, you will not regret going with this company. Beware! Beware! Worst quality and customer service EVER! 1,) they only seldom answer their phone. I have called multiple times a day for four days now. No answer or ability to leave voice message. 2.) Terrible workmanship! They had to come out SIX times to replace furnace because of absolutely shoddy work and negligence. They don’t care that you have to take off of work to accommodate their mess. 3) Rude with scheduling. Missed service “windows” (remember I had MANY due to incompetence) and some appointments not kept at all with no notification. 4) still waiting for inspection (that they probably won’t do as they cancelled first one and refuse to answer phone to re-schedule). Illegal. 5) installed different brand furnace than verbally quoted 6) had to beg for basic stuff: owner’s manual; make and model #; warranty 7) They love to take your $ up front and leave you with no “leverage” to finish the job and do it properly. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
Highly recommend Mountain View Comfort. They have great customer service. The customer service manager came out to give an estimate for what we needed. He gave us many different options to consider and worked with our budget. We are very satisfied customers. Thanks Fred!
My furnace went out and I called this place due to the awesome reviews. I was disappointed that I had to spend so much money, but, I feel like the price was fair. Glad to have heat again and appreciated the asap response to my needs! Would recommend. The guys who came out to do the work were super respectful and nice also.
MVC kept my old AC running as long as possible. Got an excellent deal to install a much needed new AC. Thank you to Tyler and Joe -- professional, polite, neat. Now I have a cooler home again. Great service; came out on a weekend and fixed the A/C. Fred did a follow-up today on the A/C and answered all my questions about the furnace too. Thank you Jay and Fred.
These guys were great to deal with very prompt service and Fred Clark was the technician and he was happy to explain the problems with my heating system but also was realistic and not trying to hustle me into buying a new system like the other heating guy did. I’ll definately use Mountain View comfort again and will ask for Fred too!!
