    I've had a great experience with Mountain View Comfort. They came out the same day (a Friday) when I was having issues with my 27 yr old furnace. The heat exchanger was definitely busted and Bobby was awesome in letting me ask questions and watch him work. They gave me a very good price on a replacement. My dad is a general contractor out of state so I had him review the quote and he said I wouldn't find a better deal. They came early on the following Monday and had my new unit up and running before 2 pm that same day. Following my inspection I had a couple questions and they sent Craig out to follow-up. He answered my questions, double checked all of the seals, and showed me how to register my unit for the extended warranty. Since this was a true emergency repair I didn't have time to vet any other companies or get recommendations from coworkers. I chose Mountain View Comfort based on the reviews I found online. I'm very happy with their service. All of the technicians were polite, helpful, and answered my questions. I also really liked the text message notifications they send before a technician arrives. They include details about who is coming to your home which is a nice personal touch. They even offered to bring me a cup of coffee! Thank you Bobby, Sammie, and Craig!

    Working with Jay and Mountain View Comfort was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Jay was very helpful and friendly and he explained everything and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He came out for a quote one day and was able to install the entire AC unit the next day. Definitely a great and trustworthy company to work with!

    Our furnace went out on a very cold day. This company came to help us on Christmas Day. I was so grateful! It turned out we needed a new furnace because the one we had was over 15 years old. The people that came somehow made it so we had adequate heat until they came the next day to replace the furnace. They came on time replaced the furnace fast. It made such a difference to not just have professionals fix our furnace but friendly service. When it came time to pay the rest of the bill I talked to the friendliest gal! Not only did she let us know everything was repaired but she set up the appointment with the city to inspect our new furnace. I would never call any other company for a furnace or air conditioning problem. They are the best!

    I had a water leak that sprayed water in my furnace. I was connected to mountain view comfort and they sent Bobby out to look at my furnace. We both thought it was a senior issue and wasn't. Found water in the pressure switch and changed that. It still didn't light, said couldn't detect flame. Bobby spent lots of time trying to figure out problem. He determine that it must be the control board. It was costly so he told me about other possible issues and the cost would get higher. He recommended a new furnace. He turned me to Mike.
    Mike set me up a great plan and furnace that he was able to help get it installed.
    The guys that came out to install the furnace was great, very professional, knew what they were doing, and overall great service.
    If it wasn't for Mike and his crew at Mountain View Comfort, I would be with heat for months or longer.
    I give them 5 stars on everything and would STRONGLY recommend them in a sec. I will taking all my business and needs to them. I will not go anywhere else.
    If you have any issues and need repairs or new unit installation on hvac, you need to call Mountain View Comfort

    As far as my new furnace - it is working fine as expected, but be aware; The responsiveness/punctuality and follow up from this Mountain View Comfort is a joke! And here is my experience:
    1. Scheduled installation for following Thursday - got a surprise call the following Tuesday that they were on their way to install so had to reschedule my workday and head home to accomodate them.
    2. Electrician showed up unannounced following Friday to do his part and as we were out of town we had to reschedule.
    3. Vent cleaners was scheduled the following week and never showed so I was back on the phone to reschedule.
    4. When rescheduled with vent cleaners we scheduled regional inspection at the same time - but apparently that was not done by Mountain View as it was a no show.
    5. Talked to owner AGAIN regarding permit/regional inspection and he supposedly scheduled it for us 3 weeks ago and even told us that since we are scheduling days out that it would most likely happen in the morning. Well yesterday - no inspection and Regional website states no inspection was ever scheduled.

    Working with Mountain View Comfort has been exhausting to say the least. Taking several days off from work and multiple no shows and surprises. Absolutely no follow up and all the initiative and contact must come from us. Each time the owner puts me on a 3-way call with the owner to figure out what went wrong yet no-shows and follow through is a joke. I hate to see how this service contract will work out and how many days of work I and my wife will be missing for a simple tune-up?

    Very nice people. Came the same day we called to assess our problem. Our furnace was 25 years old and we decided to replace rather than keep fixing expensive parts. They gave us an awesome price and installed the next morning. Took them 4 hours to take out the old unit, then replace and fine tune the new furnace. Gave a good warranty and will come to fix and stand by their work if anything happens in the first 5 years. We are delighted with their professionalism and neatness.

    Ultimately, decided on Mountain View Comfort over some others because they offered us a 5 year maintenance plan and warranty on their work on top of the products' 10 year warranty and still came in under other bids. We are remodeling and ran into an added expense for other work in house so told them I wasn't able to have the allergen filter installed. He went ahead and installed it anyway on him. Perfect, courteous service.

    Mountain View Comfort (“MVC”) came to our rescue when our furnace went out just recently. We had a few companies come out to look at our furnace when it went out. I feel that they were the first to not come out and just want to sell us a new unit. They gave us an honest answer on what needed to be repaired, gave us a few options, did not pressure us and once we made a decision got us scheduled and taken care of right away. Additionally, after doing some research I found they also gave us the best pricing along with some good financing options if needed. Great crew we got to work with also (Bobby, Michael and Mikey & Sunshine). I highly recommend MVC!

    Five stars are not enough. They deserve more. I had a furnace emergency. I found MVC over google. Their customer care was amazing. They answered my call Saturday morning and sent their crew right away. Fred and Jay came over, diagnozed sources of the problem, and fixed quick. They were eager to provide suggestions for how to prevent the problem recurring. Many previous reviews indicate that they are friendly, fair, and professional. I definitely agree with them. High quality service with very reasonable price. I highly recommend Mountain View Comfort for services related to heating and cooling.
