Bradley diagnosed and fixed our HVAC problem within two days, and worked hard to get us the best value he could. He was totally professional and made me feel like I was in good hands based on his expertise. Very military friendly as well!! Thanks Bradley!!

I have hired Brad a few times now (install vent and replace AC unit) and it has been a great experience. Brad is a good communicator and has provided quality work at reasonable prices. I will continue to use Brad and Phoenix in the future.

I had them come out and the first time they didn't find anything wrong. The second time they identified the problem, but gave me a quote and then ghosted me because they could not get the part for that price. I requested several times to speak to the technician to get the AC repaired and their communication between the front office and the customer was terrible.

Extremely professional & polite. Owner/Operator took the time to walk me through how our furnace works, common mistakes and things to watch for, and also advised on routine maintenance item I could take care of myself...Even gave some solid camping locations throughout Colorado🤙!

Brad and his team are so great. We were his first tiny home air conditioner installation and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend them a thousand times over. I love my new mini split system and my tiny house is perfectly cooled with what he suggested we get. Love love love it ! You guys are the best ! Keep up the good work.

We contacted Phoenix Heating & Air for an estimate. Jackie, in the office, helped us get set up and Brad, was able to come by the same day. He kept in contact regarding arrival time (able to arrival earlier than expected). He was knowledgeable and courteous. Good service all around!

Brad with Phoenix was scheduled to install the HVAC system in our addition. Multiple times he was scheduled to do our job and failed to show up. I repeatedly gave him new chances for 4 straight weeks and he continued to string us along the entire time. Eventually he stopped responding and I had to hire a new HVAC contractor. As a result of Phoenix not showing up, this caused major issues with electrical, plumbing & roofing which cost us an additional $6,000 to correct. The worst part is that other contractors who were scheduled behind Phoenix had to delay schedules and miss days of work and income due to Brad not having his work ready. Phoenix was unreliable, had poor communication & lack of professionalism. I would highly recommend avoiding Phoenix HVAC.

I would like to start by saying thank you to this entire team. From start to finish they were professional. Knowing I was moving and on a time crunch to sell my home the appointment was set up and my new heating unit was in faster then I expected. They took pride in their work and when they left there was nothing left behind . I recommend them100% Thank you Phoenix Team!

Great guys and great work! I had them add an ac to our already existing heating unit and they did amazing. They were very informative and super professional. I will recommend these guys to anyone looking for any HVAC services moving forward!
