We had a Whole House Fan installed and we absolutely love it! It helps augment our AC, save money, and cool the top floor of our home during these HOT Pueblo summers. Our home is cooler and fresher. The company was easy to work with, quick to get me scheduled, on time for the install, and very professional. I highly recommend a WHF and Eco Air Solutions.

Now that we have a whole house fan, it's hard to believe we went so many years without one. It replaces the air in a room within minutes, which is great for clearing out smells. Once the temperature drops on summer nights, it's an efficient and refreshing way to cool down the house. I would not have wanted to do this installation job myself, so it was great to leave it to seasoned professionals. They were in and out in under two hours.

Eco Air Solutions installed a whole house fan for me this past week.

1. The quote process with Brooke was thorough and based on the total sq footage of my home thereby insuring no warranty issues with the mfr. should any arise. She answered my questions respectfully--never talking down to me.

2. Wayne came out a few days prior to installation to see the attic, venting, etc. He was professional and answered more of my questions as I thought of them.

3. Joey did the installation. He arrived promptly. He covered furniture and floors with a plastic tarp--he probably over-covered, but he wanted to ensure there would be no dust left behind. He was friendly, professional, and explained how to use the fan (windows to open, remote control operation).

4. A couple days later, I received a follow-up call from Brooke to see how installation went on my end. She reiterated that if I had any questions going forward, I could call them. I have every confidence I won't have an issue and that if I do, they will be responsive.

5. I have used the fan since installation and it's just amazing how quickly it cools down the house. I have used it on the high setting mostly, and it is not loud at all. It does not drown out the tv or music which are in the same room as the vent. It's more of a white noise. When it's set on low, I can hardly hear anything. I've used the low setting once I get the initial cooling done. I don't have A/C and am so pleased this will do the trick of efficiently cooling the house.

Following a pre-visit and estimate, work was scheduled within the coming days and has transformed the air quality and comfort in our home like night and day. Refreshing cool air comes in at night and in the morning to keep the entire house comfortable all day. Easy wireless remote can be removed from the wall mount and kept by the bed for overnight adjustment. Brooke and Wayne maintain continual communication throughout the process, and are delightful to work with. Anyone with or without traditional A/C should definitely consider a whole house attic fan not only for temperature comfort but for improved air quality and quick removal of dust, odors, etc. Cannot say enough good things about this fine company, their service and the product they stand behind. Whole house fan installed in Black Forest area. Overall superior experience, customer focus was noteworthy and unfortunately missing a lot these days--incredible knowledge and service from start to finish! Brooke was extremely knowledgeable and informative on my initial contact, Wayne same on the pre-inspection. Gentry installed some additional soffit vents and is the unsung hero with fantastic attention to detail. Zeke was the same with taking care to leave the site cleaner than he found it, and a comprehensive and thorough demonstration. Looking forward to cooling the house tonight after install and keeping air conditioning from running all day on these hot July and August days.

We had Eco Air Solutions install a whole house attic fan. Installation was quick; only 2 hours. We love this fan! It not only cools the house, but cools the attic space at the same time. Even on a cool day, our attic was reading 108° at the gable vent. Within an hour of operating the fan, our attic temperature was at 80° at the gable vent. Opening several windows provides a noticeable draft throughout the house while dropping the interior temperature 4° in less than an hour. We are excited to see what energy savings this fan provides during the hot summer months by eliminating the need to run the AC all day.
