He was able to provide good information as well as a quote, without being pushy. Brooke answered my questions and scheduled me quickly. Joey arrived a little bit early, laid plastic from front door to work area, told me his plan and got right to work. Within 2 hours he was through. He then demonstrated how to work the QuietCool fan, and suggested ways to get best results. Bonus is that they were over 50% less than another bid I received. I won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends, family and neighbors. What a great experience. It’s rare to find such exemplary service, and I totally appreciate it.

- they were honest regarding what you can and can't do with the unit. For example, other installers promised a wifi mobile app option. Eco let me know that it wasn't a manufacture approved option and would invalidate the 15 year warranty. I confirmed that directly with the manufacture as well.
- a small mom and pop outfit which I prefer to support.
- installation was clean, quick, and exactly as described.
