Brent provided honest work for an honest price. I will call Berg's again for AC/Heating issues.

Berg HVAC is hands down the best, most courteous, honest, prompt, and thorough HVAC company in Colorado Springs. Other companies (e.g., One Source) tried to pull the wool over my eyes but failed -- lied to me about the levels of a carbon monoxide leak in order to scare me into buying an inferior system for more money. Berg was honest in their assessment and ultimately won my respect and my business. Berg offered me several options and within a week of the initial assessment installed a complete HVAC system in a single day on schedule as promised for $3000 less for a superior system that will ultimately be more efficient. I cannot say enough about the Berg team. You simply must go with them. You will not be disappointed in any way. Great team of professionals!

Brent came out twice, once to diagnose and the second time to repair our heating issue. He did a great job and was incredibly polite and communicative. He ran into another issue and gave us a discounted price on the part (which he had on him) and went about the fix seamlessly. This is a reputable and honest family business who cares about relationships, we will not use anyone else. When we need a new furnace we will only be using them. Pati, who did the initial scheduling is a gem, very personable and went out of her way to make sure we were seen over a weekend. I can’t say enough good things about them! This company was so honest. We were told by two other companies that our furnace needed to be replaced but by luck we called this company for a replacement estimate and he was able to repair it!!
