I got several estimates for a new AC and furnace replacement. Berg’s Heating and Cooling stood out from the rest. They used the manual J heat load/cooling load calculations to make sure I got the correctly sized AC for my home.

Brent patiently answered all my questions and concerns. On install day, the team was there on time, were very professional and did a great job getting everything done the same day.

My wife and I decided to go with Berg's Heating & AC because Brent was very pleasant to work with. Brent came out and gave us a quote. We thought our Furnace was 20+ years old and on its last leg. However, Brent stated its only 10 years old and is in good working condition. Brent could of easily up sold us on a new furnace but he didn't. That really displayed Brent's character.

A few weeks later, we had a A/C unit, humidifier, and a new thermostat installed. The work was completed in 1 day. The contractors were very professional and kept the work site very clean.

After the install, Brent came back out and inspected the work. Brent spent a few hours ensuring everything was 100% correct.
