Brent was very thorough, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was quick to respond anytime I reached out. The quality and detail of the work done was amazing and the amount of time to schedule and have everything installed to completion was quick and painless. Brent was very professional and thorough with our furnace service, making sure to deep clean it, which hadn't been done by previous companies. We also had an issue with the thermostat which he was able to clear up right away (another issue that was overlooked by prior companies). My wife and I wanted to get a 2nd opinion after another heating company told us the cost of repairing our furnace would be up to $2,000 and we should probably consider replacing it. A friend recommended Berg's Heating and Air Conditioning. After a thorough inspection of our furnace, Brent Berg, owner, found a loose wire. He reconnected the loose wire, checked our system and cleaned the flame sensor for $79! Our furnace is now working and all set for the winter! Brent is very professional, honest, courteous and does excellent, quality work! Our family will be using this company in the future and highly recommend his services!!

Bergs Heating has consistently gone above and beyond with all of the things we needed. We recently purchased a house that had a 37 year old furnace. When asked to do an inspection before the sale he was very professional, thorough and honest about what he found. That is why we went straight to them for the install of the new furnace as well as the AC. We were very impressed and happy with the install and their flexibility to work on our time table.
