Through the years, I have had a great experience with Berg's Heating & Air Conditioning. I still remember the very first time I called them. They were able to talk me through how to repair my own furnace over the telephone, which saved me the cost of a house call from a technician. There was one year where they could not talk me through it, as it was more complicated because they had to replace parts. At that point, they sent a technician out to my house. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He wore a facemask and also slipped on shoe protectors. I asked him if I should replace my furnace since it was well over 20 years old, and he told me to let my furnace run until it stops working, and then we could talk about a new furnace installation. There are no hidden costs ever when they come out. Eight years ago, they installed a new air conditioning unit as my home did not have one when I bought it. They offered me all of the different levels of units, and I chose a middle of the road unit. They also stayed under the original quote. With regular maintenance, my very old furnace and my middle of the road AC unit are both still going strong. I highly recommend them to my family and friends for their knowledge, expertise, and honesty. Thank you Berg’s!

Brent made time in his busy day to come repair my really old furnace! It only took him ~40 mins. He is super nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using again. Price was reasonable.

I called Berg's on a cold Saturday morning in January because the motor on our heating system was not working. Brent responded quickly and was on his way with a new motor within an hour.

Our heater would not light on a Saturday evening. Brent answered my text within minutes and was here diagnosing the issue within the hour. He ran checks and repaired our system in about 30 minutes. I called Berg's based on a rec posted in a local FB group and because I thought I had an emergency situation with a CO leak. He responded to my after-5pm voicemail and came by within the hour. He did a thorough check, some cleaning, and added a hose clamp on the furnace for a nominal fee and ensured me there was no leak and the furnace needs no repair or replacement. I was impressed with his response and knowledge and helpful nature, and definitely recommend him.
