We had a great experience with The Bee Heat and AC. They installed a new furnace and AC for us. Russell came out and did a quote and was very professional and thorough. He explained everything to us and was patient with all of our questions. Getting the services scheduled was very easy. Obed, Zach and Orlando were the technicians that installed everything. They were all very respectful of our home, efficient with their time and communicated very well through the whole process. I highly recommend The Bee Heat and AC to anyone and everyone!!

Our experience with The Bee was amazing! It started last year when we originally bid out this job. We rebid it this year and we were so happy to see the same tech, Russell. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual. During the two day job Russell and Danny always kept us informed of everything that was going on. They were also very sensitive to noise while I was working. We are so pleased with their work that we would recommend them to all our family and friends.

I had maintenance done on my mini split heating and cooling units in our house. I wasn’t sure what needed to be done but really wanted to learn so that I could do it myself in the future. I was upfront about this and they were very helpful and really wanted to teach me what they could about doing my own maintenance. They were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a reliable heating and cooling company. Their communication was excellent and I will definitely be using them again!

We had our new furnace installed in September of 2021. We had a couple of issues (failed, hi-altitude sensor and some ducting problems) but by mid-November everything has been taken care of. I am happy with the product and the service I received and I would highly recommend Bee Heating.

The tech - Obed - was right on time, super polite, friendly, professional and accommodating. He did exactly what we needed him to do. Our home is on the market for sale and we had to know that the air-conditioning was running smoothly and was certified. He accomplished just that and we were really pleased with the service. The Bee was recommended to us by our realtor. I told her how happy we were and she will definitely send more business in your direction. Thanks SO much!

Called for yearly maintenance on boiler in new to us house. Even though it was busy season they scheduled within 3 days. On time and professional. Noticed issues right away and was upfront with additional costs which were very reasonable. Had to come back next day for install of new pressure regulator valve. When valve was replaced a new problem arose and Sam was here for over 6 hours and didn’t charge more. Even replaced missing caps on all release valves at no additional cost. Very happy with service and cost. Will call for service every year.

I called The Bee a couple years ago as I was having AC issues and my furnace was old and was needing to be replaced. I decided to have them install a new AC unit as well as a new furnace. I was very impressed with their professionalism, competency and being honest and upfront with me about what they found to be the problem with my AC unit, as well as my aging furnace, and what my options were in regards to each unit. They did NOT try to upsell me like many other HVAC companies do. They did NOT pressure me into anything I did not want or need. They are one of the most honest, dependable, reputable companies I have come across here in the metro area. They are superior to the competition, hands down, as well as having the best looking yellow vans around town with their awesome distinguishable Bee logo! I have had other issues arise that I have called them about to see if a tech could come out to assist with and they somehow were able to send a tech out that same day. I was extremely grateful for them being able to accommodate my request even with a busy schedule. I also had them replace my hot water heater last year. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They are Top-Notch and I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could! They really are THAT good!! Call them and experience it yourself!

Howard at Bee took our call at 11 at night and tried to walk us through the problem. Turns out our problem needed more in depth repair so Orlando came the next day. Both guys were terrific, professional, nice and they didn’t quit until the job was done. If you want your ac fixed right now, these are the folks to call.
