The Bee Heat & AC

The service was fantastic. Our boiler system failed in the middle of a very cold winter week. We had no hot water or house heat. Howard worked overtime until we had a working system.

The work was done flawlessly, but more important, Howard is a guy you can believe in, and he will give you the right information. Never a press sale, just targeted information to solve your problem at a fair price. One of the best experiences I have had.

We were without A/C for most of the weekend of the 4th of July. I reached out to Bee Heat & A/C, worried I was going to have to pay through the nose due to it being a holiday weekend. Not only was the repair service inexpensive, they called to let me know they were ahead of schedule and got to my appointment time an hour earlier than scheduled! They managed to get my A/C up and running before my scheduled time was even set to begin. On top of the repair, they made recommendations on my whole HVAC system for future needs, without pressure to make or schedule changes immediately. I was thoroughly impressed and have already made at least one recommendation to use Bee to a friend.

I have had an incredible experience with The Bee. When I was looking for financing for our business, they went out and found a financing company they would work with in order to accommodate our project. They have been flexible, kind, and extremely professional. I will no longer be using anyone else!

I have been a customer of this company for the last several years. Howard came out to replace a part on my Furnace. He made sure to explain everything cost wise and my options. Since that day he has kept up the maintenance on my furnace for over the years. Because I have trust in him and as well as this company that they are looking out for the safety of me and my family. Our furnace stopped working overnight on a Fri/Sat, on a weekend where temps plummeted to the single digits. We called The Bee and they answered immediately. They gave us a window for service and the technician arrived early in that window. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it right then and there. Non-business hours HVAC is always expensive, but their rates were fair and we were happy to pay to get our heat working again!!

Our AC wasn’t working well. Bee came on time and in less than an hour checked the furnace, cleaned the AC and detected a slow leak of the refrigerant. Russell filled the AC fluid and it works like a charm!

The Bee was able to fix the equipment that I had when a couple of techs from another company couldn't. Give these guys a call for a second opinion if another company recommended a replacement, or just call these guys first and save yourself time and money.

Obed helped fix the swamp cooler on our roof. He was on time, very efficient and knowledgeable. I asked him a number of questions about installing central AC and he was super helpful with that. Highly recommend The Bee!
