JC Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a great experience with JC Mechanical and would definitely recommend them and call on them again in the future! My air conditioner was not cooling during some very hot days, and they had a technician out to my home the day after my call. They did not impose a fee for the diagnostic visit, unlike other companies. My technician Nixon was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Luckily, I just needed additional coolant, and Nixon had me back up in running in no time! Thank you Nixon and JC Mechanical!

Nixon was awesome. He was early for a same day appointment and quickly assessed the problem and fixed our a/c unit. He was upfront and honest about the work he was performing and what needed to be done. Very pleased with the service and would recommend to friends and neighbors.

Bronson arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was friendly and helpful in answering questions. His work was was very neat and extremely skillful. His knowledge of the company convinced me to start using JC Mechanical and get on a maintenance schedule.

Nixon and Jim did a great Job for me. I called 4 other HVAC companies to install a humidifier to my system. I was very specific with what I wanted to do. I wanted the Honeywell ELECTRODE STEAM HUMIDIFIER and the Prestige IAQ Advanced thermostat control system. None of the companies I called had the knowledge that gave me any confidence they could do the job. I called JC Mechanical spoke with them and they new exactly what I wanted. Nixon came out started the Job then Jim came out to help get things finished since it was a time consuming upgrade. In the process to do upgrade they needed to get a 240 volt circuit brought from fuse box. You would think that was going to be a time consuming problem. Not for JC, Nixon and Jim called a preferred electrician company and 2 guys came out with in an hour and got the circuit installed and wired everything up to humidifier. System works great they did the work the way I wanted. Very professional and knowledgeable. If you have an issue or want upgrades to your HVAC can JC.

By far the best AC service experience I ever had. I own multiple properties and a company like this is hard to find. Solved all issues promptly and without requiring any repairs or replacements. Just blown away altogether by Nixxon and JC

We needed to get AC installed pronto before summer really hits. We scheduled a free estimate with JC Mechanical and Nixon came out to check out our existing system. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He quoted us a reasonable amount and we were scheduled with the team for less than a week later. On the day of our install Jimmie and Chris arrived on time, they took care to protect our carpets, and they got our AC installed smoothly and for the estimated price. The cool air is a joy on this 82 degree day. I would recommend JC Mechanical for your HVAC needs.

Nixon was amazing. Our heater went out on a 12° day. He arrived quickly and was very courteous. He wore his boot covers, even though we told him it was no big deal. He was very respectful of our property and a joy to chat with. He is very knowledgeable and made quick work of our repair. Heater is working great now. Many thanks!!

They helped us replace our furnace, and it was a great experience with everyone who helped us! They were able to help quickly (we didn’t have any heat during winter) and explained along the way so we were comfortable. Great communication about their scheduling and arrival as well!

Our furnace went out on a Saturday, and we had a slight panic. My wife came across JC Mechanical and saw positive reviews. I can promise you they are well deserved.

Nixon came to our home on Saturday afternoon and was able to diagnose the issue almost immediately. Instead of persuading me one or another, we had a discussion about whether we should order the necessary part from Carrier despite it being 'after hours'. We determined it made the most sense to wait until Monday and by 9am on Monday morning Nixon had my furnace working better than it has since we bought the home (house warmed up 3 times quicker than before we serviced it).

I'm not saying I expect everyone to have the same results we had, but I can almost guarantee that they will have an incredible experience and extremely helpful and friendly associate.
