I can not say enough good things about JC Mechanical. The employees are an absolute joy to work with! They were very professional, courteous and thorough. The quality of their work is beyond excellent. I would never use another company.

I used JC Mechanical. You can schedule a service call online, and they called me back immediately to confirm my appointment. They sent a text message when the technician was on the way and showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.

The technician that showed up was very friendly, showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Highly recommended this company for all HVAC needs

Jim Sr was outstanding and very professional. He did in 2 hours what another company claimed would take a month to fix or actually replace the entire system. We are extremely grateful for the quick response and thank JC Mechanical for helping my family.

Everything has been great. Jimmie came to diagnose the problem (and spent a couple hours to bypass it so that I had AC while he was getting the parts for.the repair), found the right replacement, and scheduled it within 48. Then Bronson and his crew did the install. They were easy to work with, fast, and quiet. They replaced my air handler, and now my twenty year old compressor is cooling the place like it's 2003. Excellent work. When it's time for a new compressor or maintenance, I know who I'll call.

Edit: I forgot to mention the communication end of their business. Text and email alerts for everything make staying on top of the schedule, and knowing when people are coming, super simple.

Edit 2 HVAC Boogaloo: it looked like I was going to need a new compressor. Jimmy came out and took a look. Fortunately, only my thermostat had gone bad. He replaced it, and wouldn't let me pay. Do yourself a favor and do business with this bunch.

Bronson was great. He gave me good advice and options, and did the work in about 30 minutes. My A/C is actually cooling down my house and I'm very thankful for that!

Jim was dedicated to solving my AC issue and was determined to do whatever needed to get the problem fixed. Excellent service. Would very much recommend JC Mechanical and plan to use them again for all my HVAC needs.

I am so glad Google led me to Jim at JC Mechanical! I was convinced we were in for a super expensive repair when my AC failed on 100 degree day. Apparently, it had just never been cleaned in literally 15 years! He fixed the part that burnt out, cleaned out the condenser unit, and we were back up and running in no time! Wonderful person, so professional and kind. I will be recommending him to friends, for sure!

Nixon and Zach were awesome! They let me know how long repairs would take and kept me updated. They even checked back in to make sure my AC was working a few hours after repair. Thanks guys!
