JC Mechanical replaced my AC system and I had great experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to or who came to my house, Nixon ,Zach and Steven were professional and polite. I would highly recommend JC Mechanical.

Bronson with JC mechanical truest saved us on the coldest day of the year. Our heater went out when we were entering -25 f temperatures and Bronson and his teammate identified the problem, and explained the solution in under an hour. He was completely transparent am I really appreciate that took The time to explain what happened and how the mechanism that was broken worked. Five stars for Bronson, thank you so much.

My only complaint with this service is was with scheduling. When we called, they scheduled our tech for between 4 and 6, and told us after six there was a late fee. Our technician didn’t make it until 6, understandably, but what I wasn’t expecting is that to do the repair he would need access to the parts storage which closed at 5. So even though we called a day In Advanced and asked for the soonest non-after hours appointment, the scheduler risked us incurring the $200 late fee without notice.

We have multiple heating systems in our facility. The first one went out and the crew was great with getting it fixed. Another heating system went out last week and Nixon was out the same day to see what the issue was. Him and his team were here the next day to get it repaired. Nixon and Zach (and team) were amazing to get our heat up and running!! We will continue using JC Mechanical for all future services!

I met with Jim Jr & Jim Sr during the quoting process and had Bronson out for an install of my new furnace. The whole team did a fantastic job from start to finish, was very professional and responsive. After getting five different quotes on my install, I can also confidently say they are very competitive on price. I also really enjoyed the fact that they company is digital from start to finish with text and email notifications of when folks are on the way to the house and emailed quotes and invoices. I will definitely be looking to JC Mechanical again in the future for my HVAC needs.

Bronson came out to check our hvac and furnace. He did an outstanding job on both. He also explained things to me that I wasn't aware of, and was very helpful and kind! He did an excellent job! 👏This time Nixon came to check and replace a part of the furnace. He did a quick assessment, good explanation and got the part and got the problem solved!
