Mark came to our home and was super friendly and he seemed to know a lot about our outdated unit. He cleaned it really well and did not try to tell us we needed to upgrade. We appreciated his honesty and the fact that our ac is working much better.

Mark and Sandra are very professional. Services were superb. It can be hard to find a good HVAC professional. I can happily say that my search has ended upon meeting Mark and Sandra from IQ heating and air. I feel confident that I can trust them and there services are affordable and expeditious. Mark did a great job repairing our air conditioner in a timely manner during a heat wave. He knew what was wrong and not only fixed the problem but also cleaned our unit for us. I would highly recommend his services for any heating or cooling repairs.

I was physically sick from the heat! I kid you not! My air conditioner was just not cooling my home. I sat here last night and cried because I was so miserable.
When Mark first contacted me back, he said he might not be able to get here until Monday or Tuesday. But he told me he would try to fit me in. Just the sound of his voice made me trust him and his word. Anyway, I received a call from him this morning, and a part he was expecting to pick up for another job did not come in, so he was able to come right to my home.
He assessed the problem, took care of it, checked and rechecked everything, even cleaned my outside machine, which he didn't have to do, and through it all he was so sweet, while being professional at the same time.
Now my home is so much cooler, and comfortable again! I totally recommend Mark and his company to anyone who needs his service! You really don't meet people like him anymore! He is a God send!

Mark was knowledgeable and prompt. He spent some time on the phone with me diagnosing the problem and then made a quick service call on a Sunday afternoon to confirm. Since a necessary part was out of stock, he made a second trip and fixed the problem Monday as promised. Reasonably priced.

I called Mark with a no cooling condition when was 92 degrees
he responded same day with professionalism and expediently. He repaired my system and it is working better than ever. Reasonably priced and very professional.

My furnace yesterday stopped blowing hot air. I decided to go with someone local and researched HVAC companies in Berthoud. IQ had nothing but great reviews. I called at 7:00 pm and within 45 minutes I had a tech (who happened be the owner) Mark at my door. He was able to diagnose the issue though needed parts, which he assured me he could get first thing in the morning and fix the problem with my furnace. Mark came by early in the morning and was able to fix the issue. He then continued to do follow up validation on my furnace to insure everything was working correctly. I paid a very reasonable price considering the time and effort that was put in.

Thank you to Mark for the time and effort you put in. Anyone in Berthoud, Larimer County or Longmont should absolutely give IQ a call for any AC or furnace needs.

IQ came to our house the same day that we called to request service. Mark was immediately able to detect the problem and fixed it that same day. He even drove to Longmont for a part! Mark was extremely professional and kind! I would highly recommend this company!!!!

My AC stopped working in the middle of a 90 degree + week. I called IQ and Mark was at my house in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem quickly, took care of it, and offered me advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. The fee charged was super reasonable and we are cool as can be again! He will be my HVAC person from now on.

We called Mark at IQ Heating and Air for service on our unit which is combination air/heat. He was prompt in getting our unit fixed in a timely manner. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company who wants a fair and professional company.
