We called Chris on 12/24 at 6:00am due to broken heater motor. Chris arranged John and Derrick coming in the morning and fixed it. We finally will have a warm Christmas Eve. Thank you so very much!

My AC stopped cooling, just blowing hot air.
I called Budget to come check it out and made an apt for the next day. Come that next day, the AC magically decided to start working again. I asked John to go ahead and still check it out and determine what might have caused the problem and how it can be prevented.

John took the time to check my AC and furnace system. The whole time he was explaining everything he was seeing and even made some suggestions as to what I can do to help cool the house down. John was very professional and took his time to answer any questions I had.

That day I made some of the changes John suggested and the house is way more comfortable.

Budget HVAC was recommended by our neighbor. Our AC was out, and it was to be an over 90's labor day weekend in Aurora, CO. The owner actually answered at their number, not some answering service. He took our information, his guys came over within an hour, the problem was fixed within 5 minutes. They made sure everything was good to go and we certainly were! I can't recommend these guy and this company enough! We are customers from here on out!

If you're here for a second opinion, like me, you'll wish it was your first. The guys over at Budget went above and beyond for my squad. This family owned and operated group were quick to respond, diagnosed and trouble shot issues from contact to finish and fixed an issue that a Mega Chain Contractor created.

My a/c had to be turned off due to a furnace motor issue. While it took a couple of days to get an assessment scheduled, John and Derrick were quickly able to diagnose the problem and give a reasonable quote. They returned the next day with the part, fixed it and provided additional info regarding what to watch out for. Highly recommend them.

I had an issue with a motor on my furnace. I contacted Chris and he was responsive and came quickly. He repaired the motors. While here, he said i needed a new coil because the current was dirty and rusted. He stated it couldn't be cleaned. He informed me it had to be warmer before replacing it. After a couple of weeks i attempted to contact him to return to replace the coil. We made multiple attempts and he never responded. I had to contact someone else. They came to evaluate it and said he did such a poor job removing it that they could not repair it. Chris basically cut it out with a saw and did not cap any of the lines, not to mention he removed the fencing around my AC unit and threw it on the ground breaking the connectors. I had to contact someone else. This person is able to repair it, but states that Chris did a horrible job there is much more work involved (this guy is a friend of the family and trustworthy). Both people say that the coil should have never been removed and it just should have been cleaned. I am attaching pictures of it after I had cleaned it even though Chris said it couldn't be cleaned. After it being removed incorrectly, it can't be used again and he left the coil saying he would get it when he came back and now that he won't respond, I have to pay for the coil to be disposed of. This all means I still have to pay for a new coil. Also, there are other pieces that appear to have been broken possibly intentionally or because of his poor work that require replacement. He did replace the motors, but it is now costing so much more because of his poor work that it was not worth having him do the work. Avoid this company! The work provided is not worth the problems that come with it.

UPDATE/RESPONSE
This didn't happen months ago, it happened April 16th. We never requested the coil back, because Chris didn't take it. He left it and said he would pick it up when he returned. The coil is still sitting in my yard because I have to take it somewhere and pay for it to be disposed of. We both attempted to contact Chris and he would not respond via text or call after telling us he would return and fix it. I still have the last text I sent to him on April 28th showing it was received and read. We were fine with him returning to fix it but we could not reach him or get a response so we had to find someone to fix our unit. Now this has cost us a lot more that anticipated because of all of the problems caused by him. Based on their response, i'm not sure if they are confused about the customer or if they are just trying to place blame on the customer in an attempt to make themselves look better.

We filed a dispute because we both tried to contact you in April and we didn't get a response. We contacted via text because that's what we had done in the past. Chris reached out for the first time today and called us an idiot and told us good luck getting a refund. We didn't even request half of the money back and the only reason we requested anything was because of the poor work and the amount it cost us because of the mistakes. I am posting picture of the conversation. Says a lot about your "integrity". Why would we ever reach out to you after the poor communication and the way Chris spoke to my husband via text? You apparently have our numbers and have not attempted to reach us until a review was posted.

I have posted pictures of the coil, it is clearly not disintegrating. I will be the first to admit, it was dirty and there was lots of dog hair. Now you say he replaced motors, flame sensor and repaired pressure switch. I was never told any of that, just that the motors were replaced, and I NEVER received a receipt of anything he did.

Any time there is a negative review, you instantly attack the customer and blame them. Both my husband and I attempted to contact you MULTIPLE times over MULTIPLE days, the message was not missed, it was received and read. You keep going on about us not contacting you. You clearly have our numbers as well, since Chris E. called my husband an idiot via text.

AC wasnt working. Frustrating as it was seller issue (bought house in March). HOWEVER, John and Dereck of Budget came over and walked me through issue and options. Super ethical and honest and we landed on replacing the furnace... I would 100% recommend both them and Budget, service visit was Thursday, new furnace and work Sat. morning and AC working Sat. afternoon. Encourage you to use them for heating/cooling needs as I reviewed their ratings in selecting them and just want to echo that I would use them again and over others.
