I called Budget HVAC when I was out of town for Thanksgiving and having heater issues - John and Derek responded and diagnosed/fixed the issue within the day and were communicative throughout the entire process. I was having heater issues again today - I called John and he responded within the hour and resolved the issue. John and Derek are quick, efficient and professional.

The 2022 winter blizzard left our house freezing in the middle of the night. I was super panicked because my little one is over the garage and it was very very cold! I called at 2 am and someone actually answered took my call and got my info and told me someone will be out first thing. We got a call in the morning and they were 15 mins away. They came and assessed the problem and then had a solution and got the part and had everything fixed all before noon! Very professional, knowledgeable and want to do the best thing for you! Heater shut off in the middle of the night. Called Budget H&C to look at. They showed up within an hour and friendly staff fixed immedietly. We have an old one that we've been shopping to get replaced with whole new system. Quotes have been outragous to this point. They gave me a range that was reasonible, with no pressure. Hoping to set this up with them before Summer!

John and Derrick arrived promptly amidst a problem with our central forced air furnace not working properly. They diagnosed the issues quickly, provided a quote and repairs (cleaning of intake and ignition systems, and replace blower motor), and completed work in 1 hr. Our heat is working again properly! Extremely professional and great attention to detail.

They came since my furnace did not heat this morning. After I had called them to come out my furnace came on and started heating. I still had them come and take a look. Even though my furnace is old they just cleaned something easy inside and said if anything happens again they might have to come back and clean the coils which would then be of charge but today I did not get charged. Very pleased.

We thought we had a gas leak and needed help quickly. They responded fast, were communicative and arrived quickly. Were very knowledgeable and quickly had everything fixed.

I can't say enough good things about John and Derrick with Budget Heating and Cooling. I was having issues with our furnace not igniting so I called them to help me with troubleshooting. They not only called me back but worked me into their schedule within 30 minutes of my phone call, and fixed the issue on the spot. They both were very professional and respectful. They showed me how to fix the issue in the future as well as what part was causing my problem. Ultimately the part will need to be replaced but for now my system is up and running and I couldn't be happier. They have definitely earned my business.
