This is the 2nd review I am leaving for Budget Heating And Cooling as I used their services again and without a doubt their service was amazing! Can't say enough nice things about this company. From the time I called Chris to give him an idea what was going on, to our furnace going out over night and texting Chris in the morning we were without heat. We had John and Derek show up promptly. John and Derek were respectful, honest, and professional through the whole process. Diagnosed the problem immediately and came back same day with the part and did the install with ease. I will be sending all my family and friends to Budget Heating and Cooling for their needs as well. Thank you again!

Speedy, quality service. Fair pricing. Scheduling is very pragmatic. Derrick and John are professional, skilled and kind. Our furnace wasn't working well during the arctic blast and they did the repair same day. They also did some additional repairs to make sure the unit was safely disposing of carbon monoxide to keep our family safe. We really appreciate the care and diligence. Thank you very much!

Today we had highs below zero for temps in town and this was the day my furnace stopped working properly.

Chris was great to work with and quickly connected us with his service teams working the calls. Throughout the day we were kept in the loop as to when Derrick and John were expected to arrive.

When they arrived, they were able to quickly diagnose the problem I was having with my furnace and proposed a very reasonable solution to keep the problem from happening again. They were very reasonably priced and were very pleasant to work with also.

I will be holding on to the business card I got and they will be my first call for any future HVAC needs. I'm very pleased with the experience I had with Budget Heating and Cooling

I met with Chris and he was absolutely amazing and informative. Furnace stopped working during negative temperatures and they responded within 24 hours. Their service was fast, clean, and I would recommend them to anybody. We moved into our new house and the HVAC system was 35 years old. Yeah, 35. I got Chris's contact info from a friend who had hired Chris and had nothing but great things to say. Chris gave me a competitive quote and said he could install everything later that week.

He and his team showed up on time and began the work. They were in and out within 3 hours, and that's with tearing out the old units, installing the new units, running new lines, installing a smart thermostat, and cleaning up. They even modified the duct a bit so that the air would travel more efficiently out of the furnace. Boom.

Can't say enough good things about Chris and the team.

We woke up to our house being 59 degrees. I called and Chris answered almost immediately! He had someone out within 2 hours. Once onsite they assessed the issue and had it working in no time! Definitely recommend them!!

Had a great experience with Budget HVAC! Chris was quick the answer my call and was able to send out a team the SAME DAY I called, and it was on a weekend!!! My furnace was the original unit from 1995 and had some repair work done to it recently, but was unfortunately not heating my house because of some dishonest work from another local HVAC company. It ended up needing to be replaced because of its age AND the inevitable repair work it would soon need; the team came back the very next day with the unit and had it installed in less than two hours. Now my house can stay nice and toasty for many winters to come :)

Absolutely outstanding service!!!!! Called in the morning to have my furnace repaired Chris answered within three rings and they came same day and were able to fix the furnace. Will definitely be using them again in the future!! Highly recommend!
