Ken and nephew Eric responded to my furnace repair promptly as assisted by Tarin (sp) office secretary. All were very friendly and knowledgeable ... Ken and Eric assessed the situation quickly and accurately as well as informed of any potential future maint. if problems persisted .... they made the necessary adjustments / repairs and were friendly, fair , and honest , with a fair price for the service call ...

Really like them. I know a bit about HVAC and they didn't talk down to me or try to sell me stuff I Didn't need. Showed up exactly on time...when does that happen. Charged a fair price. Told me other services I should have done to improve my humidifier. I will use them again

They charged $189 for a capacitor replacement! The capacitor is about $20 and the job takes less than 15 min! I told them a fair amount would be part + service call charge, but they said it is their standard charge for a capacitor replacement!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Replaced my heater within a few hours. Highly recommended.
