Couldn't recommend Tradewinds more for AC work! Their technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. I trust them completely and feel confident I am not being swindled or upsold during our interactions. I have had especially great experiences with Michael as our tech, and scheduling and planning with Nick over the phone. They are not the cheapest but you know you are getting honest, quality work.

Have used Tradewinds for every seasonal start up/shut down for our evaporative cooler and every time they've been amazing. Appointments are always scheduled very quickly, some times day of, and our Technician Eric is always super friendly! Would recommend them to anyone having heating or cooling issues.

Could not recommend Tradewinds more! We're renting and the evaporative cooler on the house had been neglected for years. Tony & Eric quickly identified the issues, documenting everything with video to communicate with the landlord for approval every step of the way. They even went above and beyond to fix an electrical issue that was effecting the cooler. Super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly!

We had a dangerous carbon monoxide issue with our boiler exhaust pipe. Called several places on a Sunday who couldn't see us until Tuesday or just didn't even call us back. But Tradewinds was able to put us on the Standby list for Monday and was able to come out the very next day to fix what was a dangerous issue. The communication from Tradewinds via text was timely and excellent. The technicians who came were very good at explaining everything in detail and laying out all the options. And once the work was done, they cleaned everything up nicely. Very happy with the work and the price was fair. I would definitely use them again!

Tony was awesome and so knowledgeable! He took the time to educate us about our system and checked everything thoroughly. We never felt pressured to buy any unnecessary repairs and I truly believe he had our home’s best interest at heart. We’ll be calling him again!

I needed to set up my swamp cooler so I scheduled a day with Tradewinds. I met Eric and he was super friendly and professional and got it set up in no time. I highly recommend them if you need evaporative cooler maintenance!

Had a furnace issue that was leaking carbon monoxide. Tradewinds was prompt to come out and fix it. Eric and Tony were super friendly, showed me what was going on, and even vacuumed my stairs and basement before they left, leaving my house better than they found it. First I want to point out that I haven't used this company to do any work yet. I called them asking questions about the heating/cooling system in a house I purchased. I was ready and willing to pay for radiant heating boiler inspection and some other minor upgrades.
The rep was very knowledgeable, helpful and talked me out of spending money right now! I was very impressed. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Tony and Eric came out to install a blower on my furnace due to a recall on my unit.

I had the same recall fix done months earlier by another vendor for my upstairs furnace that was a complete disaster resulting in a broken thermostat and non-functional furnace.

Tony and Eric showed up on time, installed the fix right away and were extremely professional. Amazing job...
