Had Tradewinds out today to take care of some recall work. The service techs Eric and Mike where very polite and efficient. I would highly recommend using this company

Beware of this dishonest and unprofessional business. Nick at Tradewinds was hired by my home warranty company to fix my furnace. He was the third contractor opinion they hired because the first two said it couldn't be fixed, it needed to be replaced. I called him in advance to let him know the others said it needed replacement. Nick told them it could be repaired, but when he attempted to repair it, he also determined that it needed to be replaced. He billed the warranty company $1,100 to determine it needed to be replaced, and the warranty company passed that cost on to me. So, I paid Nick $1,100 for nothing. I got the furnace replaced elsewhere. All throughout, Nick was incredibly hard to get a hold of. He doesn't return phone calls or emails when in a hard situation with a customer. I would never recommend hiring Nick.

Just had our preventative maintenance performed by Tony from TradeWinds. He was efficient, professional, courteous and had everything completed in 30 minutes. He provided us with our HVAC checklist and all is well.

Great service. Have hired Tradewinds before and will continue to go to them first. Same day service and expert knowledge stood out as their best attributes. Thanks to Mike for his help.

The guys installed a new drip pan in my GoodMan furnace and AC unit. They did a good job in very little time.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. Michael came out to diagnose and repair my ancient A/C unit. I braced myself to hear the worst (that a total replacement was necessary), but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that not only was Michael was able to quickly figure out the issue, but he had a straightforward solution available. My A/C problem was resolved in about an hour. Impressive!

I appreciate Michael taking the time to explain everything. He also offered helpful suggestions to ensure that I get the maximum life possible out of my dinosaur of a unit.

We were in the middle of a heat wave and every place I called was backed up for weeks, but somehow Tradewinds squeezed us in for service. I had received a quote from another company that came out for over $5k, but it was actually a small part that needed to be fixed that cost $250! Thank goodness for the professionalism and trustworthiness shown by Tradewinds. I highly recommend!
