Vardell’s Air Conditioning

My A/C went out I called Vardell's. I was told he couldn't come until the next day, but if he got time today that he would come by. I get a call 20 min later when Duane realized he was by me and he met me at my house. He was hoping for an easy fix (I'm sure so he could move on to his next appt) and luckily it was. He was super friendly! Thanks!

Great service, Matt was absolutely the best! He got my ac up and running in less than an hour! He was very experienced and gave me the best customer service I have ever received! These guys are the best! Don’t waste your time with the other guys.

I have used 3 different HVAC companies in the area and Vardell's AC has by far been the quickest to give quotes and the quickest to respond to tenant issues. I have never had the issues with communication that I've had with some other companies in the area. They were not the cheapest bid, but they were close and beat out the major companies. Sofar this is the only HVAC company I have recommend to friends. If you are having issues Vardell's is a safe bet.

The service from the Vardell’s employees is the best around. Duane went out of his way to make sure my kids had the air conditioner back working with the summer heat. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!

I contacted Vardells because my AC stopped working a day prior to out of state guest arriving. Matt showed up the same day anworked

Initially Matt was very eager to fill the refrigerant, I advised him that the problem perceived to be bigger since we just had refrigerant filled. He advised that he would need to look in the attic, he found out we needed a new condensing coil but to "be comfortable" we can get the refrigerant filled. We took his advice and got that done and asked him to provide a quote for the coil.

After we paid him he sent a survey, and said he would text me a quote. This was a month ago, I've texted him multiple times to see if he was able to find the part and give us a quote. We are no longer "repeat customer for his livelihood."

I've never felt like I was conned, but this aftermath makes me think that I was, be advised when contacting Vardell for repairs.

Vardell's came to our home for a heating repair, they did an outstanding job while offering great helpful timely service. We definitely would recommend them to our friends our family..

Wasn't very pleased with the service i received. I called first and got a quote for a service . I was given a good price so they sent 2 guys out same day but they tried to charge me more than twice the quoted price so i had to call management and complain about the quoted text price verses the price i was trying to be changed. Management did fix the problem for me.

I live in Yuba City I have had many HVAC repair people come out.
Vardell’s is the most honest
The others just want to charge you for stuff you don’t need. Crooks!

I called Vardell's again May 13, 2021, I am so happy these guys are amazingly honest and know their trade .
