Vardell’s Air Conditioning

I priced several air conditioning companies to replace my trane ac unit. This company was within my price range, and I was able to buy the latest model as well as update my old gas furnace to electric, thus doing away with gas. Everything was done in 1 day. They even hauled away my old ac unit. They have financing available as well.

Matt the tech arrived within an hour of my call. Diagnosed and repaired our unit. Cleaned the fins on the unit. Couldn’t be happier with the service this company provides. We are a repeat customer (our family too) call them first, you won’t regret it!

Came out for yearly maintenance on our A/C system. We paid exactly what they said we would; They didn't try and sell us anything extra. They were communicative, punctual, & professional. Highly recommend.

Today I had my wall heater repaired by vardells. The technician was named in that and he was excellent. Fast, efficient and ever so polite. We had a great experience with this company and would recommend it to anyone.

I had Vardell's put in a new air conditioning unit and furnace about five weeks ago. I can't give a thorough review of the system yet as it has been cooler than normal here and I haven't used the furnace since it was installed. I can say that the new air conditioning unit cools the house evenly in all the rooms. Previously, I had to have a portable unit in my bedroom because in order to get it cool enough in my room, the rest of the house was too cold. I haven't had to use the portable since the new air conditioner was installed. I have always had a whooshing sound in the vents when the air comes on and while I still have it, it is much quieter than it was before.

I am pretty sure it is also saving on electricity although I don't have much to compare it to since the weather has been unseasonably cool and I can't really compare it to last year. It looks like I'll get a chance here in the next week to see if it does.

The air conditioning unit, which is a Trane, is pretty loud. I was hoping it would be quieter than the old one (23 years old) and while it might be a little bit quieter, it seems the same to me, it just sounds different. I was hoping for a quieter one as the unit is on the patio making it less enjoyable while sitting out there; however, I don't usually do that so for me it isn't a big problem. I can't hear it in the house.

Another very important thing is their warranty. They have a great warranty and also do regular maintenance. That made the purchase less stressful as replacing these units was expensive, although less from Vardell's than the other place I got a quote from.

The service was great. They were professional and friendly. They came on time and had it all done in five hours. I am pleased with the company and would hire them again if needed.

Our system was struggling during one of the super hot days last year and we called around Vardells was quick to schedule us in despite the busy time and were able to fix our exisiting system. They were professional, clean and didn't try to upsell me a new system when it just needed a service repair. I highly recommend Vardells.

Technician was able to come out quickly (next day) - that is worth 5 stars!!
Called to get a diagnostic done on rental property that HVAC unit was not turning on, just wanted diagnostic (quoted $80 for diagnostic) to see what the issue was. Technician called me back letting me know the repair was done and total cost I owed ($275 total… $80 diagnostic, $80 labor, $115 part) the work was done without me knowing the pricing beforehand and giving the ‘ok’. That is worth 1 star!!

I've called these guys twice. I will never call another company after the no b.s. great service, reasonable price they provide.
This is who to call if you don't want some stressed out A/C guy trying to upsell stuff or hustle you because their company doesn't care if they put you in debt .
5 stars both visits!
