Vardell’s Air Conditioning

Every time we've needed Vardell's they have been quick, courteous and professional. I will continue to use them as well as recommending them to antone who needs their services.

My old AC seemed like it wasn't going to make it through the summer so I contacted Vardell's AC.

Dwayne came out to assess the issue the next day, made an appointment to replace the ac/furnace, and got the new ac/furnace installed all in the same week. The techs that came out to do the installation were very professional, knowledgeable, made quick work of the installation, and cleaned up the area before they left.

I'm definitely satisfied with my new ac and will likely be contacting them again for maintenance in the future.

Got home around 10 pm after a long hot day at the ball fields to find my house around 87 degrees inside due to my AC not working. I called Vardell’s first thing the next morning, they got out there in a timely manner, and had my AC working like it was brand new. I would highly recommend them.

We called on a Sunday night, Vardells was able to come out the next morning. They had the short in our wiring fixed, and thermostat replaced and set in no time. Great customer service!

My AC went out and my house was so hot - nobody could come out until the next week except for Vardell’s - they managed to squeeze me in despite being super busy and the technician was quick, efficient, pleasant and polite and did an awesome job!

Con alert! My heating unit in the attic went out and I contacted Vardell to come out to fix it. Matt came out and checked and told me that the motherboard was fried so it would cost around $400-500 but then I got it checked from another company under my house warranty which said the motherboard was fine. All the heating unit needed was a bit of service for $60. Look for someone else for HVAC needs!

They were very fast in response time on a holiday weekend. Most other shops said they couldn't come out until after the holidays. Our ac stopped working on Friday and Vardells had it fixed Saturday afternoon. The tech was very friendly and answered any questions I had. He even cleaned the ac and checked the refrigerant for us. I am very happy with the job he did. I feel confident in the system a lot more now.

Our AC needed a new coil in the middle of a heat wave, and they managed to get here a day earlier than originally anticipated, which saved us from an extra 24 hours of miserable heat. They were fast, and professional, and friendly. They gave us a great rate for our coil replacement, too. We’re extremely grateful for their help!

My AC went out called Monday morning and they were able to fit me in between jobs. Showed up same day. Matt the technician was professional and very courteous. He identified the issue with efficiency. Fixed it quickly, inspected my system and cleaned the condenser. Great service! Worth every cent! Thank you Vardell's!
