Vardell’s Air Conditioning

We replaced our old 1996 AC unit with a new Trane XR16. Vardell's gave me a great deal, and promptly installed our unit.

AC went out on a Saturday. Struggled through Sunday with temps over 100. Called three different companies and would have waited until Thursday for repair..A friend told me to call Vardell’s. Called and they asked about the problem. Told them the system came on but it wasn’t cold. They told me they could be there in the afternoon. They showed up at 1o’clock, found the problem, installed the part and by 2 o’clock, I had a cool house. The repairman, Tony, was professional and very courteous.

Had a clogged drain pipe that caused major water damage to one of my rooms, I contacted Vardell's after business hours and they texted me asking for basic info and contacted me the next morning confirming when I was available for a appointment, they came out the very next day and saw my issue and had it fixed and other maintenance done in less than an hour. My service tech Matt was professional kind and patient 11/10 service!!! Will use them for regular maintenance in the future.

The AC went out at our office during a triple digit heat wave. Duane responded to my text within an hour of reaching out and arranged a consult that morning. He had several jobs going at one time, and somehow managed to complete the install that day. He was very compassionate and considerate of our situation (not being able to work or see clients in an office without A/C) and he made it happen. I’m very grateful to Vardell’s and their entire crew. They were knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. I highly recommend their service! You won’t be disappointed.

Vardells was great coming out so quickly to look at our AC unit when it went out on a Friday night and the weekend was set to be 106. After 12 calls and no appts until Monday they came out Saturday right away and provided a portable window unit to help keep our baby cool until they could get a new motor on Monday. The techs were great and very kind. Thank you for the quick and helpful service.

Okay!!!! We're cooking with gas now! We were out of town over the weekend came home to a 90⁰ house in 113⁰ temperatures we called around and Vardell's responded that same day. With the heat as crazy as it is we were expecting to have to suffer for a few days, but NO! Steven and Tony showed up the next day. Took a look at our unit and were able to replace the motor within a few hours. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and most importantly efficient! They get 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thanks guys! You saved us. As far as I'm concerned best AC company in town! Best of Yuba City in my book!
