Went out of their way to schedule same day visit to elderly customer. Reasonable charges, professional attitude. Fixed the problem. Up front when called.

I thought they were coming to clean the AC, turns out they were coming to tell me the AC needs cleaning, Charged me 85.00 and the tec was here 10-15 minutes, to tell me it needed to be cleaned and that would be another 140-50 to clean it. OH....they did change the furnace filter. I will not use them or recommend them.

An absolute rip off, especially if you know the actual cost of replacement parts. They charged us $225, including $125 for service and $100 for a capacitor that costs $10 on some sites and $25 on Amazon!
