HVAC TriCounty employee's are not only well inform about their line of work, but also have equipped themselves with genuine and classic well rounded "people personality". Very customer friendly and professional.
Giovanni was on time and started the fireplace service immediately. After the servicing, he explained what he found in a simple, understandable language for my layman's mentality. I will be using this company for the work he recommended to keep a safe, working fireplace. I recommend TriCounty and will use them for other work I need around the house
These guys were professional & were able to inspect & diagnose right away the problem with our gas fireplace that had stopped working. They explained which parts needed to be ordered & assured me it CAN be fixed (which is wonderful news because we’d had an HVAC guy before who’d told us the unit was NOT fixable…) All to say, we’re thrilled that we called TriCounty Services!
Update: I need to completely reverse my earlier positive review. Now I think Tri-County Services are scam artists! They charged us more than $900 to come back out & install the new part that they’d said would fix our old gas fireplace/ stove. But after their service guy put in the new part, the fireplace STILL didn’t work. My husband was pretty ticked off that they insisted on charging us anyway, & they service guy said something like, “This unit is pretty old & rusty… It would be best if you just bought a new one.” Well then why the heck did they tell us they could fix it in the first place & charge us $900 for new parts & installation?!! 😠 What was even more infuriating is that when I texted them later how dissatisfied we were, they said they’d call the next week to come up with a plan. Can you believe, they had the gall to offer us that they’d apply our $900 towards the cost of a new gas fireplace/ stove, saying that the total (including installation) would normally cost $2200. But my husband & I had learned earlier that a new unit would cost nowhere near that much. Honestly, do yourself a favor & stay far away from these scheisters! 😟
Gio arrived on time and diagnosed my AC problem and had my problem fixed quickly and had the system up and running in about an hour. The house was cool and comfortable before he left. The company put in my system over 10 years ago and I am extremely happy and have recommended them to anyone who asks who I use. EdL
Great work, great workers, helpful, did wonderful work, helped beyond what they were asked to do, answered all questions with patience, were polite, A pleasure to work with
The company sent 2 workers to do an estimate but didn’t mention any fee. When the workers came they tried to charge me $125. Other companies just quoted a price for duct cleaning over the phone. This company tried to rope me into an expensive estimate scheme.
Called for air conditioning repair during summer heat. Received timely call back. Michelle was courteous and friendly. She made us a same day appointment...others were 1 1/2 week wait!!! Technician Giovanni was on time, very neat, friendly and found problem immediately (burnt-out run compasitor, which he showed to me). Had part on his truck and made repair. We had cold air! Giovanni became our new best friend. An overall pleasant experience.
The service was excellent. I received same day service at 11 am. My technician, Giovanni, was very knowledgeable, capable and courteous. He provided a lot of good information during service and answered all of my questions. Great fast service at a fair price. I am very satisfied.
I live in a cold part of SB county. When my furnace blower went out Tri County was on time and on budget and Nick did a great job fixing my 30 year old furnace. Tri county Repair Technician believe in repair as long s the furnace is safe. There was no up-selling. They have the right attitude and located the needed part to repair. The icing on the cake was Josh, the young apprentice who accompanied Nick. Josh was enthusiastic about completing his training. He has taken classes and was ready to fix a furnace older than him. I’m impressed with Tri County’s dedication and training of the next generation of Repair Technicians.
